Pros: Receptionist in the morning was friendly.
Cons: New linens and mattresses (no bedbugs but evidence of previous infestation) proafessional cleaning, better lighting dark and depressing.
Non-smoking room....Cigarette burns on spreads, blankets, and sheets. Rooms smelled of cleaning solutions but did not feel clean. Would not recommend walking on carpet without shoes. Slightly ruff neighborhood...maybe the reason for locking breakfast closet....so why was the back door which was very secluded left ajar and unlocked

The hotel wasn't very clean, but I was happy that it wasn't to far from where I needed to be. It was also surrounded by food which is good!

Only to stay if you need to

Posted May 5, 2014
Pros: Decent internet and good water pressure
Cons: new bed, new furniture, a few more amenities. Remove mold from shower and curtain. Better towels and toilet paper
Location: Just about .5 mile away is a nice shopping center. Target, JC Penny and a few other chain store. This hotel is very close to the airport
The hotel staff is set up in the front office with lounge chair and TV on. Two times the staff member chose to look at the TV instead of focusing on my check in. The hotel room was Smoke Free but the hallway was used for smoking and smelled like it. The coffee maker had a used sachet in it. The office chair looked as if a cat tried to claw through it. The chair and foot stool were extremely worn and so dirty that I didn't want to sit on it. Wooden hangers were replaces with wire dry cleaning hangers. There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. This hotel rents out weekly and monthly so it has high traffic with people slamming door at all hours of the night. My hotel room window faced the parking lot, so every car that drove up lights flashed through my thin curtains. I spend most of the night trying to find a place on the bed to sleep where there was no spring popping through The toilet paper and towel they use feel like sand paper. Only amenity in the room was soap

You get what you pay for. Staff was nice. Room was fairly clean. Bed was ok. Nothing fancy, older facility

VERY DISAPPOINTED

When I saw the bullet proof glass at the counter I knew I was in trouble. The guy asked me to go outside and right down my license plate number !! Rudely . Then the room whew we!! Stunk to high heaven , stains all over the floor , bed was like a homeless shelter !! It had a window unit that sounded like a lawn mower. Hair all in the bed .

A Pleasant Stay

Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: The ease of checking in and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: A more comfortable bed.
Location: We were only traveling through.
Check in was friendly, easy and professionally done. We were pleased with everything and the noise level was better then originally expected. The bed was not as comfortable as I hoped it to be but that could me because of personal preference. I awoke with a small back ache.

Pros: the staff
Room smell horrible. They tried to cover it up with air freshener. As I was going to the bathroom a bug crawled across the floor. Not again.

The manager was rude. My age, being over 60, I was not happy when they gave me a room on the 3rd floor and they didn't have an elevator. I told them they should have told me when I made the reservation but he said that was someone else's job and he couldn't do anything for me. He did carry may bag upstairs, I was appriciative of that. The room was clean but the pillows, towels and sheets need to be replaced and I won't even tell you the condition of the bedspread and blanket. I threw them on the floor.
