“skip This hotel!”

This hotel was cheap and I got what I paid for. Staff were friendly, location ok. However thet hotel was run down, bed and pillows unconfortable, and hotel and room smelled of mold and cigarettes. Beds alos small and very old mattresses. Will not visit this hotel again! Back to the Hampton Inn!

“Richmond - West Side”

Richmond was beautiful...so many historic places to visit. People were friendly, too. Front Desk clerk at hotel was very friendly and professional.

“My WORST nightmare”

When I did finally get to my reserved room, it was not very clean. I don't mind older motels or furnishings as long as they are clean. I was horrified upon inspection of the room to discover a used condom stuffed between the mattress and headboard of one of the beds, and a couple of cigarette butts; one in the corner of the room and one under the table. Cigarette ashes scattered throughout and a large, dark, sticky stain on the seat of the chair. The vinyl flooring along one side of the bathroom was curled up and dirt was underneath. Cigarette burns all along the bathroom counter. But the sheets were at least clean and I was so tired all I wanted to do was go to bed. The carpet was so stained and dirty that it made my socks black. I used all the towels in the room to lay on the floor to make me a path from my bed to the bathroom. Later that night, I got up to get something to drink and there was a cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. Thank God I only had to stay there one night! I would never go there again, nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy.

“Will not go back.”

This place is not even worth considering. Way too much money for what you get and do not get. Did not even have a clock in the room to tell time.

“Super 8 Richmond”

This was not a good experience for me. Management was not "Customer Service" friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not stay there again.
