“Affordable spot in Richmond”

The hotel is in a convenient location in Southside of Richmond close to a lot of businesses and 2 malls. The rooms are in good condition, the hotel environment is very quiet. A very affordable, simple but nice place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond.

“Will return. Hampton Inn feel at less than half the price.”

I stayed for three nights (Dec 24-26) and was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the room given the low price. Some of the in-room amenities were a pleasant surprise - microwave and mini-refrigerator. The bathroom was up-to-date and clean, as was the rest of the room. The bed was quite comfortable and even though the hotel is located on a busy thoroughfare, the evenings were quiet. The free continental breakfast was a nice extra. It had a Hampton Inn-like feel at less than half the price. The location was very convenient to all Richmond locations and major highways. I will be returning.

“Good Hotel fot the Price”

Overall I would say this is a decent hotel. The rooms were fairly clean no issues with room or customer service. Located right on the strip of all retaurants and retailers. If your looking for a hotel near all the shops and restaurants this would be a good choice. No complaints just don't expect the appearance of 5 star service or quality and you shouldn't be disappointed.

“Good value for the money”

For my overnight stay, I was impressed that this hotel was exactly what an inexpensive hotel should be: simple, clean, easy. The room had a fridge and microwave, decent TV, clean towels, good climate control, wireless internet, quiet, simple service, basic breakfast (waffles!), and a safe feeling. Not as ritzy as a Hampton Inn, but half the price. A very reasonable choice for travellers--including families--on a budget. Would stay again.

“Very convenient.”

I stayed to attend the ACBL regional bridge tournament. It was only 5 minutes to the site from the motel. There was a Mexican restaurant right next door with delicious, reasonable food. The servings were huge. The room included a refrigerator, microwave, iron and hair dryer. My only criticism is that the free breakfast was sparse. The best offering was waffles. There were not enough pastries, muffins, or bagels. Also no hot chocolate.

“One night stay”

Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Staff was ok at best.

“Adequate for the price.”

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, the hotel will suit your needs. It's an older place, coffee was weak but it met my needs.

“Not good but not bad.”

Everything was done at a bare minimum. Breakfast was not very appealing. The breakfast area was not very clean, and not much of a selection. This day and age is the computer revolution yet there was only 1 very slow and outdated computer in the lobby which shut off every few minutes. A little cosmetic clean up would do wonders.
