“Great Hotel stay for everyone..”

Great staff, and great hotel to stay at. I enjoyed everything about my stay.

“Excellent hotel”

Is was my second stay at this hotel. For the price, this hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it. I wish more Hilton's utilized the same quality as this one does.

“"Very Nice and Very New"”

This was a very beautiful hotel. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed slept well. The kids enjoyed the flat screen t.v. We also enjoyed having the Short Pump Shopping Center nearby. Minor negative was not having included or reasonably priced breakfast. Guess high end hotels don't provide that amenity. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will likely stay again. Called a friend who is a spa over and told her to put this hotel on her list to visit real soon.

“Best Hotel in Richmond West End”

New and clean gives you that good feeling when you walk in your room. Bedding is superior to other four star hotels. Sheets feel like they are always new or look as though they have been pressed. Bath room is small but just fine....towels are great and shower is with a one piece molded base that feels clean, like a new surface. There are several good four star hotels in the west end but Hilton the best at this time.

Excellent all-around experience: new hotel, great location, large rooms with good work and seating areas and HD big screen, comfortable lobby, large/open business center, easy acces to pool and fitness, excellent security, friendly staff, good restairant and lounge, plenty of parking.

“A great stop between New York and Savannah”

The Richmond Hilton at Short Pump is a conveniently-located hotel and great for either an overnight or more in the Richmond area. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable and spacious. Everything was wonderful with one small exception--the shower should have more "oomph"--that is, water flow.

“Richmond, VA - A bright spot”

The hotel is less than a year old and deserves a higher star rating. The ambiance is fabulous and every member of the hotel staff really did go out of their way for this particular traveler there on my own. The surrounding area, also being new, has a lot to offer to a visitor in the area. It is away from the city center but the highway access is nearby and navigation in the area was very straightforward. Sudden changes to my visit itinerary meant I had to extend my stay at the hotel and I was readily accommodated by the staff at the hotel.

Wonderful staff. Shula's restaurant was amazing as well. Room was very clean. The hotel was located in a very nice area.

“Perfect for every traveller!”

This Hilton was lovely. Rather new so everything was in great shape. Convenience was excellent for us. The parking garage was very easy to access. We didn't want to stay in the city of Richmond, and this was just right for us. Easy to find with GPS; many restaurants and shops nearby and only a 20 min ride back to Richmond. Staff was friendl and helpful - a great overall experience!
