Nice hotel near Midlothian, VA.

Pros: The beds.
Cons: The mini fridge was on the floor, it really should have been up on a table or stand.
Location: Didn't spend any time in Richmond. Was in the area for a women's lacrosse tournament.
When I stay at a hotel, there are 2 things I care about: cleanliness and comfortable beds. The Westin Richmond had both. In addition, the staff was friendly and the restaurant offered a wide range of food at a variety of prices.

Would Be Perfect exept, indoor pool and area, a bit messy/dirty water. Besides this, an excellent property. Restaurant has really good food and staff.

We definitely try to stay on top of it but constant use requires constant attention which we will continue to monitor but unfortunately we can not service the water with chemicals until the are is not in use each evening. The hotel and staff are great. It has a great bar and offers food so you don't have to leave the hotel. Has a lot of great things around it if you do decide to leave. The bed was fantastic and the pillows were divine. The shower is amazinggggg! Def would go back!

I really enjoy staying at this Westin. The moment you walk in you are put at ease with the calming decor and smells. The rooms are perfect and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need or have forgotten at home can be provided for you.

Terrific hotel

Pros: just about everything
Though I only stayed one night, I really did enjoy it. After a long drive from PA, business to attend to, running around town, and not sleeping the night before, I could not wait to get to my Westin bed! Comfy, big, super clean room, huge shower, quiet room, and a clean comfy robe. I slept like a baby. The mini fridge in the room is not stocked with alcohol, and instead is empty for you to use as you wish. What an excellent idea, who pays mini bar prices anyway? would stay there anytime when in Richmond.

Rooms are very clean (hats off to the cleaning staff). Staff extremely nice and welcoming. Strongly recommend planning your stay at the Westin Richmond.

Everything I expected and more!

I got upgraded to a room with fitness equipment all of which was top notch and I pristine condition. Also all the little extras like free herbal tea and mini smoothies really made me feel pampered! My colleagues who stayed elsewhere for the conference I attended missed out and I'm going to tell them about the westin for next time!

Beyond Pet Friendly

We really enjoyed the hotel and how consistent the Westin brand was. The room and the hotel were conveniently located to where we needed to be but wasn't in the heart of Richmond. They were extremely dog friendly. We were traveling with our fur-kid and they gave him a treat at check-in, sent up a heavenly dog bed, bowls and even gave us a clip on doggie bag thing. Most hotels that say pet friendly charge extra and want the pet out of the hallways ASAP but this place was pet loving. The staff greeted the dog every time we went for a walk and there was a pet specific floor with lots of other pets. We were traveling on Valentine's day so the restaurant was a bit busy and slow but the food was good. Overall I would stay here again.
