Hotel at stadium

Posted Dec 13, 2014
Good facilities, very comfortable beds, rooms modern with excellent sound insulation to keep out aircraft noise. Breakfast buffet expensive for an out of town hotel but good never the less. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Hotel next toRFU

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Excellent quality rooms and very good breakfast which was included in price.
Cons: Toilet could have been cleaned better - they are not dealing with the hard water build up in the bowl.
Location: I was attending a function in an adjacent banqueting suite.
Reception staff were confused about parking arrangements and gave me the feeling I would be towed away on the Saturday morning. In fact it was fine to use the car park as normal when I spoke to one of the duty RFU staff at the car park. Generally slow in reception.

Quick w/e trip to London.

Posted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: Interesting location at Rugby Stadium and very quiet as there were no games on while we were there. Great breakfast.
Cons: We didn't manage any swimming at the adjacent fitness club as time-slots were limited for children. No big deal as we didn't have much time free.
Location: Easy drive to Richmond which is full of bars & restaurants and perfect to leave car for a day while geting the train into central London.
Planned 1 day in London & 1 @ Legoland and hotel is pretty much in the middle. Perfect location for our trip though for non rugby enthusiasts the view of the back of the stadium is not that appealing. My son & I had fun but my wife was not as thrilled!

Couldn't fault my stay at the Marriott London Twickenham. Great location in a beautiful part of London, excellent customer service with friendly helpful staff, lovely large room with 2 comfy beds, decent shower, and great food.

One night stay.

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort and a warm welcome. We required more pillows which we received almost immediately upon request.
Location: We went to the centre of London for the evening by walking to Twickenham station and changing at Richmond onto the tube.
We only had one night at the hotel and we were impressed by its comfort and cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would certainly stay there again. We did not have the time to experience the leisure facilities - perhaps next time.

Excellent weekend

We are keen rugby fans, so wanted to stay at the Marriott. Staff were excellent bar none. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and our daughter who was in the area left us a bunch of flowers ands bottle of wine, much to our surprise the hotel left us a bottle of champagne, we were delighted. We also booked the restaurant on the Sunday evening, we did not realise that it was closed on a Sunday , a simple mix up, however the staff opened the restaurant and cooked us a lovely meal, again we felt spoilt. Thank you to all staff
