Friendly staff small dark rooms.

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Firstly with the positives: very professional friendly reception staff. Room is tidy and tea and coffee provided. Now unfortunately for the negatives: small dark room with a 4ft double bed which is too small for the average couple. Bathroom so small it could only fit one person at a time. Mould in the bathroom grout and could do with airing the hallways. Sorry not to be more positive but the room was incredibly expensive for the quality.

Great location. Price seemed a bit high for what you get but all in all worth the cost.

Great hotel staff!

Posted May 7, 2014
Pros: Large room and accommodating staff.
Cons: Jane Seymour room was a little noisy.
Location: Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park.
We stayed just one night and the person on the front desk was fantastic! We were in the Jane Seymour room which was very big and well presented. It was just a little noisy as it faced a couple of busy roads in front of the hotel. Other than that, I could not fault the experience.

Handy for Kingston

Posted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel which was superb. There is also free gated car parking which was good.
Cons: Given that we only stayed for one night, nothing really.
Location: Kingston centre is a 5 minute walk over the bridge.
We only stayed for one night as we were working in Kingston the next day.

Stayed for one night as I had a meeting the next morning and I found the hotel well situated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spot on too.

IDEAL POSITION WITH PARKING WERE THE ONLY POSITIVE

Posted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: position and parking
Cons: decor is very tired.
Location: Position is perfect. 100yds from the river and Kingston central area. Station within 200 yds. very close to Hampton Court and Kew Gardens.
Hotel was idealy placed for Hampton Court, the Thames and Kingston-upon Thames town centre. We satayed in room 109 which was comfortable but dated. The genearal decor is in need of refreshing. The bathroom had black mould in areas and the toilet seat has two buffers missing and the paint was flaking. was nice and comfortable and TV had a few more stations included ie Sky Sports. Breakfast expensive at £11.50. (not purchased)
