Handy for KingstonPosted Feb 15, 2014
Pros: The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel which was superb. There is also free gated car parking which was good.
Cons: Given that we only stayed for one night, nothing really.
Location: Kingston centre is a 5 minute walk over the bridge.
We only stayed for one night as we were working in Kingston the next day.

Stayed for one night as I had a meeting the next morning and I found the hotel well situated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spot on too.

IDEAL POSITION WITH PARKING WERE THE ONLY POSITIVEPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: position and parking
Cons: decor is very tired.
Location: Position is perfect. 100yds from the river and Kingston central area. Station within 200 yds. very close to Hampton Court and Kew Gardens.
Hotel was idealy placed for Hampton Court, the Thames and Kingston-upon Thames town centre. We satayed in room 109 which was comfortable but dated. The genearal decor is in need of refreshing. The bathroom had black mould in areas and the toilet seat has two buffers missing and the paint was flaking. was nice and comfortable and TV had a few more stations included ie Sky Sports. Breakfast expensive at £11.50. (not purchased)

Convenient locationPosted Sep 23, 2013
Cons: The towel rail was exceptionally hot, and with no control valve attached, it contributed to the high room temperature.
The room temperature was too warm, and the a/c cassette unit was far too noisy to leave on overnight. The breakfast, although not included within the room rate, was good value.

Great Hotel for visiting Hampton Court.Posted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: Quiet location in a busy area.
Location: Great for visiting Hampton Court and the Thames.
Very friendly staff who were most helpful. A good range of lunch and evening meals, all of which were well presented and of good value. The room and its facilities were excellent and again of good value when considering the proximity to London and surrounding areas. We found the Hotel well placed for our visits to Hampton Court Palace and the RHS Flower show.
