My main issue was that there was no hot water. I was there doing a work assignment out in the desert. My coworker in a different room also had no hot water. There were minor annoyances like the inability to adjust the volume of the TV (maybe I could not figure out how to work the remote?), single-ply toilet paper, generally old "tired" furniture, and a very basic/bland breakfast offering at the "restaurant" next door. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the AC unit fan was very good at making "white noise" for sleeping.

I liked the new updates in the rooms and loved the attached restraints. Look like a cabin inside Charlie’s restaurant. The rooms aren’t insulated very well as you can hear the neighbors walking and showering. Really poor insulation

My specific room - The door lock was broken. The TV has such terrible burn in from the menu screen I couldn't watch it, and the water wouldn't get any hotter than lukewarm. All the rooms have paper thins walls. I was able to hear my neighbors entire conversation with his wife. Overall, this was a pretty miserable stay.

Everything was old and beat up. Bathroom fan squealed and didn’t work. TV was broken as were most. Fridge had to be unplugged at night because of noise. Jacuzzi jets sucked. The smell of the room cleaner was way to strong. Wondered what the were hiding.

Horrible hotel experience
Had stayed here years ago and slept on a horrible canoe mattress and had said I would never book again. But booked last minute because it’s Clarion now and it was discounted. Horrible decision. Asked for a quiet room. Clerk said he would put me in back where there was nobody on either side. Great! 4:30 am my next door neighbors were running hair dryer and yelling to each other from the parking lot and inside the room. Since they had put me in a connecting room, there was a door instead of a wall, so couldn’t get to sleep again until 6 am because of the considerate neighbors. Get up late, go to take a shower and it won’t turn on. Lowest setting on the room heater produces Saharan summer conditions, which make sleep very uncomfortable. Avoid this place, they can change the name, but it’s still a horrible place to stay!

this place is run down hotel with a car rental
This place was extremely disappointing. First off, there were roaches in 3 of the 4 rooms we had reserved. The rooms themselves are not very clean, lots of stains and spots on the walls. Good luck finding parking as most spots are taken by the Budget rental cars. We stayed 3 nights there and will never go back. Better to pay a little extra at the hotels across the street than to stay here.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a little out dated but did its job. The main dislike was that the bathroom was very poorly lit. You could hardly see to shower as there was one small light in the washroom

Bring your iPad or something to read. The TV does not work! They told us at the front desk that not all rooms had TV service but it was just really too bad they could not do anything about it. So... if you are looking for a place to unwind and watch TV, this is not the place. Otherwise the hotel is nice enough, bed is comfortable, room is quiet (very quiet), and breakfast was okay.

Good place to stay
The staff was accommodative and very nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and you rolled into the middle. Breakfast they were out of a couple of things such as butter, but everyone was very helpful and the food they did have was very tasty. Everything was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool which was also clean. everyone from the front desk staff to housekeepers and janitors all had a smile on their face and were ready to help.

The hotel it self was pretty good our room was in need of remodeling very nasty stained carpet towwl rack fell our first night our daughter and her husband's room had been remodeled with nice flooring a bigger tv bigger or appeared to be bigger bathroom area a closet we paid the same price so i felt jilted in that respect

My room had no hot water in the shower. People making noises at 1am. No security to patrol area. Breakfast coffee cups dirty with lipstick marks left on not washed well. No one to direct you for the food.

There was no cold water in the room. It was warm or hot. The room had just been renovated, upgraded. Even the toilet bowl had warm water! The staff was informed.
