My specific room - The door lock was broken. The TV has such terrible burn in from the menu screen I couldn't watch it, and the water wouldn't get any hotter than lukewarm. All the rooms have paper thins walls. I was able to hear my neighbors entire conversation with his wife. Overall, this was a pretty miserable stay.

Everything was old and beat up. Bathroom fan squealed and didn’t work. TV was broken as were most. Fridge had to be unplugged at night because of noise. Jacuzzi jets sucked. The smell of the room cleaner was way to strong. Wondered what the were hiding.

I discovered that I had left my hair clippers in room when I checked out. Drove to facility the next day and asked about the item. Had been turned into lost and found by staff.

this place is run down hotel with a car rental
This place was extremely disappointing. First off, there were roaches in 3 of the 4 rooms we had reserved. The rooms themselves are not very clean, lots of stains and spots on the walls. Good luck finding parking as most spots are taken by the Budget rental cars. We stayed 3 nights there and will never go back. Better to pay a little extra at the hotels across the street than to stay here.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a little out dated but did its job. The main dislike was that the bathroom was very poorly lit. You could hardly see to shower as there was one small light in the washroom

The bed was terrible. It looked like a sway backed horse and needs to be replaced. The room was convenient with a pet area not far away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't bad.

Bring your iPad or something to read. The TV does not work! They told us at the front desk that not all rooms had TV service but it was just really too bad they could not do anything about it. So... if you are looking for a place to unwind and watch TV, this is not the place. Otherwise the hotel is nice enough, bed is comfortable, room is quiet (very quiet), and breakfast was okay.

Good place to stay
The staff was accommodative and very nice. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and you rolled into the middle. Breakfast they were out of a couple of things such as butter, but everyone was very helpful and the food they did have was very tasty. Everything was clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool which was also clean. everyone from the front desk staff to housekeepers and janitors all had a smile on their face and were ready to help.

The hotel it self was pretty good our room was in need of remodeling very nasty stained carpet towwl rack fell our first night our daughter and her husband's room had been remodeled with nice flooring a bigger tv bigger or appeared to be bigger bathroom area a closet we paid the same price so i felt jilted in that respect

My room had no hot water in the shower. People making noises at 1am. No security to patrol area. Breakfast coffee cups dirty with lipstick marks left on not washed well. No one to direct you for the food.

The walls are very thin. We were almost asleep When the people next door checked in. The woman was very angry about a car problem and was yelling about it. She called someone and we could hear the entire conversation. We said please talk quieter(through the walls) and she replied “whatever”. This went on for another half hour or so. Maybe some soundproofing in the walls would help. Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable.

Everything was a Top A but very disappointed on there breakfast staff came in no smile no good morning the breakfast was not fresh there were dirty dishes still on tables and staff was just sitting down so as I was eating my breakfast at least trying too there was people coming in you where to found to greet the people these people did not know how to speak English trying to find someone to tell them how to use the waffle pan again staff no where to be found go up and explain to customer how to use the waffle pan it’s a really big shame that over all the Hotel staff and facilities are A but the restaurant needs help They need fast service people that want to be front line and smiles friendly Thank you

Staff was amazing very helpful and friendly. Pool and hot tub had a lot of stuff floating on top. I would have liked to have gotten dinner in the restaurant but they close at 2pm. I prefer to eat in my room and the bar did not have takeout. I had to go elsewhere to eat except for breakfast which was fine. Overall It was nice.

Check in was friendly and informative. Room is very clean and convenient to the pool and hot tub area. Hot tub water level is very low so it bubbles the jets out of control and out of the tub itself but happy to have a hot tub to relax in at the end of a long drive.
