"The Hyatt Regency Hotel is a fantastic chain. When we checked in, it was smooth and we got an upgrade which was a plus. We were considering staying a second night, but there were no available rooms but before we booked a second night hotel some room blocks opened up so we were able to spend our two nights at the same hotel without any interruption or change of rooms and kept our upgraded room. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. There was a lively bar great outdoor terrace great views of the river and the Georgia queen. Steps to the River Street, restaurants and bars. Restaurants conveniently nearby. That was comfortable pillows so so room clean only Val parking available at $45 a day would definitely stay at this location again our second day we did enjoy buffet breakfast which was included in the price of our room And very delicious. "A bit pricey, but worth the extra money. They were pet friendly and they excelled at that. They had a staff member (Van) who would check on your pet while you were out of your room (if you wanted him to). The front desk staff of Patrick and Mia were also excellent customer service examples, along with all the valets. "
