Eva Maria B&BPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Spacious rooms.
Cons: Night lighting for walking up the outside stairs. Remove Christian from all guest contact.
Location: Requires a hike to get to Old Salzburg. Nothing close by.
The address of the Eva Maria isn't in their web site - only their sister hotel's address. This makes it difficult to find with a GPS or map. Christian the owners' son lacks people skills, and is not interested in hearing about anything that might improve the hotel experience. Sanita and the maid are very nice.

Gezellig, typisch Oostenrijks.Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: De lokale sfeer
Cons: Een enkele stoel op de kamer was aan vervanging toe
Location: Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. "Altstadt"
Gezellige, wat nostaligische, sfeer. Gunstige ligging t.o.v. Stad centrum.

Good value - close to Salzburg AltstadtPosted Jun 20, 2012
Pros: Price of B&B; Close proximity to Salzburg Altstadt
Cons: Customer service
The location of the Guest House is close enough to walk over the hill to Salzburg Altstadt within about 10 minutes. Our room was comfortable and had great views over fields to the Mountains. The balcony was an added bonus which we were pleased to use to sit out and enjoy the late afternoon sunshine. The breakfast was very simple, bread, ham, cheese, jam and spreads plus tea, coffee and orange juice. Our disappointment was due to the rather unusual attitude of the owner (male). He answered our questions, in a sharp manner, but was not particularly helpful.

Good Room Moderate ServicePosted Apr 11, 2012
The hotel is relatively close to the centre of town - about a 10min walk away. The room was clean and well serviced. Our concern was with the staff service. This is a family run business and they were very pleasant, but when we arrived we got put in the wrong room so we had to change rooms and then when checking out we could only pay cash (but they didn't forewarn us of this) so we had to run into town to get some and then when we paid for the room they didn't have sufficient change (matter of a few euro) so we got our change in chocolate!! Overall slightly dissapointing.

Ventanas de papelPosted Jun 26, 2011 on Hotels.com
Pues si. Parecia que se dormia con las venta.nas abiertas. Si es que se le puede llamar dormir, porque parecía que estaba durmiendo junto a la autopista. En cuanto al baño....parecia un hostal de playa barato.
