Disappointing hotel close to beach.
Arrived on 3rd August for 3 nights. Upon arrival could not get into car park and needed to park 2 streets down, when I asked about parking the car was shown on a map where the free 'overflow' car park was (3 streets back on the other side of the railway track). As we had a large suitcase and 2 small cases, I had to double park on a busy (at this time) road to unload the car. My wife and oldest son had to book us in whilst I went to explore the back streets, with my youngest, to park the car. The receptionist however was very friendly and helpful (not her fault). When I arrived at the room, I was met with 1 double and a bunk bed (1 double 2 singles booked). My teenage sons were quite put out at this, then we all (4) tried to see the view from the balcony, good view, only you can only get 2 people on it and you need to pinch the chair from the room as there is only one on the balcony. Staff were very friendly, although the 'life guard' in the mornings (the older one) seemed to pick and choose who he was friendly to, we initially thought he was a guest. There was also a much older man, we met at the lift, who seemed to walk around grunting. Couldn't find the 'Gym'?

Nice hotel close to the beach
Hotel staff were very nice. The room was basic but ok. The balcny was very small though, there was just enough room for 2 chairs but not a table and as we like to sit out and have a drink it was a problem. Having a fridge was nice but it was tiny and placed so high up at 5ft 2in i couldn't reach it. Car parking is a problem but we paid for the car park near by and were more than happy with that.

Right by the beach, about 25mins form city centre
The hotel was located right by the beach. The scenery and the quality of the beach is high (clean beach and lovely view). Look for the free umbrellas and beds, because these right outside the hotels are paid for and expensive. The hotel itself is comfortable, but little dated (probably late 90s). Breakfast was nice, good variety from bacon, sausages, bread, cakes, fruit and cereal. Coffee and juices also included, but the food served was cold. Staff were nice and friendly and there were no major problems. Price per night was actually quite high (I paid 79 euro per night in June), but well, it is Italy and it is not cheap. Hotel is located on the nice beach boulevard with restaurants and bars. The crowd in June, were a mix of different European nations and ages, but the area was rather quiet for a tourist destination (as of June, I don't know how it is like in other months).
