“hotel with perfect location”

The hotel lobby was very stylish and nice, however the rooms are a bit oldfashion. They absolutely have to be refurbished. The breakfast service was very good and helpfull, I appreciate it. The wifi signal in the rooms was not sufficient to use the internet. Most of the reception employees does not speak english well, it was difficult to communicate with them. As wee needed to leave the hotel early in the moring, we asked the receptionist to prepare for us breakfast boxes. They agreed to arrange it. However in the morning, when we asked at the reception about the breakfast boxes, nobody was informed. so we left the hotel without any breakfast, which not acceptabe in the 4* hotel at all !!!!

“Not so much impressed”

I would wrap up my review for this hotel by mentioning that the hotel service in general was not that good, wether in terms of the cheap breakfast provided or the rude recepetion personnel and the smelly toielts all over the hotel. We had one of the most expensive room rates, but you could not enjoy anything apart from the sea view, which by the way bring us to the last point in which the hotel always market itself with the nice beachs of Rimini, however they do not have any private beach access or even though exclusive rates for the public beaches as we had to pay almost 60 Euro to gain 3days access to a nearby beach.
