Hotel is 3 miles from Rimini centre bus no 4 takes you to centre in 30 minutes. Rooms clean but dated. Breakfast was limited.

Park Hotel Serena RImini
We came to this Hotel for the last week of our three week holiday specificaly for some beach time after touring Rome, Florence and spending a week on a cruise ship. That was just what we got. The hotel is a very good 3 star Hotel. The pool is great and the Staff were all very, very helpfull and friendly the room walls were a bit thin but to be expected at this level.Good thing was, it was full of mainly Italian families with young Children so there were no noisy teenagers/young adults just noisy kids like ours The food was ok and dining room service was fine not 5* but its not a 5* hotel. Location is just across the road from the beach and a brilliant beach bar. Overall great time was had by all.

Park Hotel Serena OK but North Rimini not Ideal
Let me get this straight there is nothing wrong with this hotel (well maybe except the grump waiters at breakfast who only seem to be friendly to single girls!). The problem is in my opinion North Rimini is a bit run down and to be honest I would not say this hotel is in Rimini rather it is in Viserbella which is a good 20-30 min from Rimini on the Bus. Luckily the bus stops are very close to the hotel and the service is regular but if you want a late night out the last bus back is midnight, so you may spend a lot on taxis. I went out of season (September) so perhaps it is better in the peak season as most local attractions were shut. As I say the hotel its self is fine but perhaps needs a bit of a facelift in the near future as docor etc was a little tired and dated (the same could be said for the neighbourhood). However rooms were comfortable and the reception team were excellent. It was very good value for money, so if you are on a budget and just want to lounge on the beach and do little else this place is perfect.

L'accesso in ZTL mi ha preoccupato (speriamo bene non arrivi qualche multa). La zona è tranquillissima e ne beneficia sicuramente chi trascorre una vacanza in totale relax. La ventola presente in camera, una volta accesa (e subito spenta), ha rilasciato un sacco di polvere che era sulle pale da un po' di tempo...

Buon hotel veniamo da tanti nel gruppo arlotti, anche se andiamo quasi sempre all'oxygen che non ha paragoni, cmq struttura accogliente, personale alla reception molto cordiale e sorridente, colazione un po delusi dalla qualità dei croissant non all'altezza, non tantissima varietà ma purtroppo sará anche il periodo e che siamo abituati con le colazioni spettacolari dell'oxygen 😊. ma la qualità del servizio è identico sempre concentrati sul cliente e sul sorriso.davvero complimenti a tutti

Frühstück war ok. Nachfüllen müsste schneller gehen. Der Pool hat uns nicht gereizt, weil es zu klein war und nicht sauber aussah. An der Rezeption Alessandra und Max haben sehr geholfen.

Hotel wystarczający na wyjazd wypoczynkowy do Rimini. Atutem jest dość duży basen oraz jacuzzi. Blisko do plaży. Pokoje wygodne, wystarczające do pobytu 3 osób. Mała łazienka, ale jak na pobyt wakacyjny wystarczająca. Śniadania urozmaicone, ale każdego dnia takie same.

Trouvez un autre hôtel
Hôtel pratique à côté de la plage MAIS Que de déceptions .... la salle de bain est à changer on se douche au dessus des toilettes et LA salle de bain entière devient impraticable après 1 seule douche tout est détrempé ..... ca paraît Peu de chose mais pour l avoir pratiqué c est ingérable on est obligé de faire des tapis de serviettes .... et LA vue de la chambre .... immonde voir les fotos, Pour LA piscine passez votre chemin LE maître nageur passe le tuyau et inonde vos sacs ET serviettes au passage à 18h alors que ca ferme à 19h ET LE spa est squatté par une dizaine d enfants en TOUT temps, ce n est pas une pataugeoire !!! ce n est vraiment pas correct, On a un fort sentiment d arnaque en repartant, je n ai pas l habitude de laisser des commentaires négatifs MAIS LA y a arnaque trouvez un autre hôtel il y en a plein sur la plage !!!

Das Hotel ist n der Náhe des Strandes. Der Parkplatz kostet 10 Euro zusátzlich pro Nacht. Das Zimmer ist einfach eingerichtet.

+Das Essen war sehr gut, der Pool Sauber und angenehm. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels ist ok. Das Hotel gehört zu einer Gruppe von 3 Hotels, die nicht mehr als 3 Minuten auseinander liegen. Man kann in allen 3 Hotels essen / Angebote nutzen. -Die Wände im Zimmer (Staub und Spinnweben) und der Boden (Haare und Staub) verschmutzt. Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden, viele kleine Mängel. Klimaanlage trotz Reklamation ohne Funktion und der Deckenventilator ist voll Dreck/Staub. Mobiliar fällt auseinander. Im TV nur italienische Sender.

Das Hotel bietet für 3* einen guten Service! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Lediglich eine Frau konnte deutsch sprechen, jedoch konnte man sich mit Englisch Kenntnissen dennoch gut verständigen. Das Zimmer war schön. Gute 3* Ausstattung mit flachbild TV - 3 deutschen Sendern: RTL, sat 1 und ZDF, einen Safe, Balkon, eingebauter Föhn und Mini Kühlschrank. Ein negativer Punkt, ist die dusche. Diese ist leider sehr klein und nicht wir in Deutschland gewohnt eingebaut, sondern mit trennwänden aufzubauen. Alles in allem hat die Bewertung gute 3 von 5 Sternen. Bei genauerem hinsehen waren noch Haare vom vorbesitzer zu erkennen und nicht von der putzfrau entfernt worden.

Excellent stay in a excellent place for an excellent price: I will not hesitate to come back and to recommend it to any potential future guest. Not far from the beach, shops, bus stop, banks etc. The hotel staff was very professional and very kind. There was an internet breakdown during my stay but the hotel was working to fix it.

Perfect hotel direct aan het strand.
Gezellig oud centrum. Prima bus verbinding vanaf het hotel. 1 advies koop een meerdagen kaart. Goedkoper kan je niet reizen. Personeel verdiend een dikke pluim. Zo vriendelijk kom je ze niet veel meer tegen.
