No air con in either room so again we had to open windows and be savaged by mosquitoes. Really not good service. Breakfast was yucky and you are rudely told to leave the keys at reception if you go out only to find they entered our room and moved furniture around while we were out. Wouldn’t stay there again!

Ripped Off
The hotel was very clean and the suite was very big. One problem: When we checked in, my reservation stated that the room came with a kitchenette ie.fridge, stove, microwave. The room we were given was a very small room with no kitchenette. I complained and showed the lady at the desk my reservation that stated the room was supposed to have a kitchenette. She wouldn't look at it and said I paid only for a small room. She made us pay 190 Euros extra for the week for a bigger room. She showed us the amount we paid for and then showed us the amount for the larger room for one week. The difference was 190 Euros( approx. 285.00 Canadian )However, we got a good deal through Hotels.com because we booked 8 months ago when the rates were cheaper. The difference in price between the two rooms ( I looked on their website ) was only 15 Euros per night. I should only have been charged 105 Euros. Actually, I should not have been charged anything because my reservation stated that I paid for a room with the kitchenette. The lady insisted that I pay the amount for the suite. Totally got ripped off. If you book there, beware of of getting ripped off.Not sure if Hotels.com could assist us here.

Amazing deal - extended stay
Super 10-night stay while attending a conference. Close to beach and more expensive hotels for half the price. Huge apartment with balcony. Would stay there again.

The premises and services were the best! It was convenient both to the beach and to the downtown area. We would stay here again.

Comfortable Apartment
We were there for San Marino Tournament and I really appreciated the stay at this Hotel because of small kitchen and huge Balcony compare to other Hotels and few Grocery shop right around corner.

Ottima sistemazione, molto gentili e camera pulita
La camera un po vecchietta ma il personale è stato veramente gentile, camera pulita e la posizione ottima, silenzioso. Possibile anche parcheggio con un buon prezzo di 5€ a notte. Tornerei volentieri!

Идеальное расположение отеля: немного поодаль от первой линии, шума, музыки с улицы не слышно, хотя центр города и все рядом: пляж, магазины, достопримечательности. Единственный минус: слышимость в самом отеле.

La struttura è vicinissima al mare, ottima la pulizia, staff cordiale e disponibile. Colazione abbondante. L'unico neo è che la struttura ha poco parcheggio per il resto è consigliatissima.

L'hotel ha uno stile un pò datato. La colazione è senza lode ne infamia e dista circa 700 metri dal mare. Ti dicono che c'è il parcheggio, ma in realtà dipende dalla disponibilità. Io non l'ho trovato!!!! In a via di mezzo!!!!

Die Lage war ideal, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand sowie zahlreichen Restsurants. Zur Altstadt waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 24h Rezeption und kostenloser Fahrradverleih und Autopark. Das Hotel ist optimal für Familien, für Paare eher nicht. Zimmer waren sauber aber etwas altmodisch eingerichtet und dunkel. Frühstück war sehr arm, wahrscheinlich wegen den vorhandenen Küchenzeile in dem Zimmern.

Hotel vicino alla movida riminese ma lontano dalla confusione, parcheggio privato molto comodo vista la scarsità di parcheggi liberi nel periodo di ferragosto. Stanze e mobilio datate, idem per condizionamento, servirebbe un rinnovamento, colazione ottima, staff supercortese e disponibile. In generale cmq.un ottimo hotel a tre stelle.
