The building looks a bit poor, but once you're inside the room you can forget about that. I booked a room for 2 nights without breakfast and it was ok. Toiletries and tea/coffee making options available. I didn't take the breakfast, because it was expensive and according to friends "not worth the price". Stable internet, because I worked from out of the room and connection was ok. I would stay here again when going to Sportpaleis, because of the free parking and walkable (3.6km)

Our housekeeping is in the hotel daily to make sure all rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent stop after a long days driving. Safe car park, cold beers and tasty food. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again

A hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and limited parking spaces. The dining area is lovely, the food looked fresh and was promptly served. The bathroom appliances are slightly old, and there was an odd smell of disuse.

The hotel itself was very nice. Nice lobby, bar and restaurant . However, the rooms were very small. No linen service. Did not get fresh towels for the next day.

When i was checking to guys come bursting into reception area saying my room mate hit me. The police come and took the guy into custody then put him into an ambulance. Lots of worker and drivers here. Totally entertaining better than tv

Good enough
We were on a road trip and just needed a nights rest. Great with a triple room, able to bring the dog and comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking as well. And there are EV chargers very close to as well. Was a warm night so we had window open and this made it pretty noisy from the street so sleep was a bit the best. Staff were very professional and the breakfast looked very fresh and nice, even if we didn’t have time to eat.

Could not order dinner in the restaurant because the kitchen 'were dealing with a group order'. Was told to wait 30 mins, then 1hr and eventually gave up and ordered takeaway. Very poor customer service, staff were unhelpful and generally didn't seem to care. Seemed to prioritise a relatively small group (<10 people) order over guests staying at the hotel. I will not be back

Unfortunately NOT recommended
Upon arrival in room. I found dirty towels on the floor. Cigarette ash on bed... room not cleaned at all. Reported to reception, they changed to 2nd room... which still was not very clean. Dirt and mould on corner of wall. Towels and bedding not fresh. Had lots of insect bites after my 3 night stay. The only nice thing abut this hotel was the location. Had room only , so cannot review the meals.

The hotel is in a decent location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathroom showers were very nice. The breakfast was very good and adequate. The biggest knock I have is the noise factor throughput the rooms. Sound seems to travel through the hotel from room to room. We found it quit noisy.

I loved the room. The room we stayed can be classified as mini presidential. Absolutely beautiful and spacious. The staff were lovely and kind. We enjoyed our stay. I was not expecting to enjoy this hotel due to some negative reviews we had read but we still went ahead to book knowing that we might not like it. We stayed on a Friday night and did not hear a noise. It was fantastic.

Clean but no AC and too hot for summer
Hotel rooms were very clean but the corridors weren’t. It was hot and there weren’t any fans or air conditioning in the room which made sleeping really difficult. Also the hotel is near a major, very busy and noisy road. With windows closed, the noise was fine but given the heat and lack of AC, we had to open the windows at night. There you go, the loud continuous noise was intolerable. Great place winter stay but not summer.
