Horribly incompetent staff tried to short me on my stay, claiming hotels.com/expedia did not pay them. They made me call hotels.com rather addressing the internal, business to business matter themselves, insinuating it was my fault, despite my showing my reservation proving the length of my stay and my payment in full. When hotels.com staff called them, they failed to answer their phone. They wasted two hours of my day and ruined my final vacation day. In the end, the fault was theirs, but I received a shoulder shrug and thumbs-up rather than an apology. To add insult to injury, someone tried to enter my room without knocking first; when they realized I was in the room, they exited before I could identify them. Don't waste your time, risk your money, or risk your vacation.
