Não oferecem banheiro externo com ducha
O custo benefício é bom, porém não custa ser mais cordial com os hóspedes e oferecer um banheiro decente com uma ducha pra ser usado depois do checkout. Acredito que como eu, muitos hóspedes fazem o checkout e querem deixar as malas no hotel pra curtir uma praia até o final do dia. Na volta tomar uma ducha antes de ir embora.

O banheiro social é utilizado apenas para necessidades fisiológicas ou higienização de mãos e rosto. Para disponibilizarmos um banheiro para cliente após o check-out apenas poderia ser o banheiro dos quartos, porém, após o check-out do hóspede, o mesmo é limpo para a utilização do próximo cliente.

Very well situated in Copacabana. Hotel is in nice shape. Ac in the room was good. Not much view wise as its between buildings. Water super hot and very clean hotel. Not a 5 star hotel but a great hotel esp for the price and location. 2 blocks from the Praia/Beach.

Paper thin walls, felt like it was near a nightclub Carnival had ended but was extremely noisy. the shower was great hot water, till you saw that the bathroom was flooded

Carefull when just having a coffee in the breakfast room. They charge for the whole breakfast. You are better off going off premise.

Worst stay in 20 years of travel. Avoid!!
Horribly incompetent staff tried to short me on my stay, claiming hotels.com/expedia did not pay them. They made me call hotels.com rather addressing the internal, business to business matter themselves, insinuating it was my fault, despite my showing my reservation proving the length of my stay and my payment in full. When hotels.com staff called them, they failed to answer their phone. They wasted two hours of my day and ruined my final vacation day. In the end, the fault was theirs, but I received a shoulder shrug and thumbs-up rather than an apology. To add insult to injury, someone tried to enter my room without knocking first; when they realized I was in the room, they exited before I could identify them. Don't waste your time, risk your money, or risk your vacation.

I like the service the most! The staff were nice and very helpful with the request I asked. the state of the room was less than the best. The toilet flush was partly covered with mold and the bedside table was oily. One of the lamp was also blown. It might just be an unfortunate room for an otherwise pleasant stay though!

I would have preferred that our room had an iron and board, and also wish an ice machine were available somewhere other than in the kitchen of the building.

Dear guest, We have an iron room on the fourth floor that works 24h a day for use of all of our guests. We feel sorry that you miss it. About the ice machine, we just have it in our kitchen but you could ask it for us when its necessary and we'll provide it for you :)
