Advertised free shuttle to airport, which didn't exist. Called hotel several times to get info on shuttle and they never answered. Booked room with king size bed and room had two double beds. A/C didn't work. Poor service from person at desk. Overall, one star at best.

This hotel should be closed. The furniture was old and broken. The breakfast was awful and it wasn't enough to feed all the guest. The service was awful during the day. One of the helpers walked around cursing and complaining all day. The pool was dirty and too small. The only good thing about it was the male clerk who worked overnight. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and he spoke English.

EVEN DISCOUNTED RATES ARE TOO HIGH.REASONS:1.TV RECEPTION WORKS SOMETIME.2.BOTH SIDES OF BATHROOM DOOR IS DIRTY.3.BUILD UP OF DIRT ON BASEBOARDS IN BATHROOM.4.COMPLIMENTARY SOAP CRUMBLES MAKING IT HARD TO TAKE A SHOWER.

I was not satisfied at all. Front desk staff not polite, shortage of towels, tv was not working, pool had sign up out of order. and breaksfast consist of 4 slices of bread, 3 frozen sausage patties, 4 rotten bananas very weak coffee, ect.... Needless to say my stay here was not good. If it wasn't for the fact that I travel there for a graduation and did not have time to find another hotel I would not have spent the night there. I really believe I deserve a refund for this terrible stay.

Nice clean hotel convenient for our visit. Very friendly and helpful staff, too. Definitely a great bargain for a short stay.

Pros: bed was comfortable
Cons: remodeled
There was an odor in the hall, stains on rugs, towels had, not one but several, holes in them and so rough that I was afraid I had scratches, pillows was made up of balls of cotton, and the bathroom was dirty in corners, We went down to breakfast at 7:30 and no patrons were there. Had only dry cereal, asked if there was fruit or jelly and were told they didn't provided either. Had a waffle maker but no mix. No orange juice and when there was no coffee, we left and went elsewhere. Perhaps these are the reasons why they would not refund your money unless you cancell 24 hours prior to signing in--they know you would not stay if you saw it. No need to publish this but we do feel the management/owners need to know the condition of their hotel.

The hotel front desk clerk Micheal and maintenance man were very friendly. Other than that I have nothing else to say except I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
