Couldn’t get inside the lobby to get a cup of coffee at 10:15 said lobby is closed. They would not let me inside ..very odd. I chose to stay because it had over 8 ratings but it’s not even close to a 6.

Rooms are small but we’re super clean for our stay and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve had in a while. Definitely be back!

Nice beds and pillows, clean linens, worn facility. Security door and window, market across the street had people hanging out late at night and felt unsafe. Near to downtown and a walk up Mt. Rubidoux.

Based on the rating of excellent, I was very disappointed. It is a motel, not a hotel. The furniture is chipped and cracked. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Not a place where you would take a date or your family.

Staff was very helpful from check-in through check-out. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the dining area was clean and comfortable. Juice machine was a VERY nice touch. Area is fine during the day, but at night - a little sketchy. You are fine within the property, but if you get hungry - better to drive to a better neighborhood than shop across the street. Solid value, enjoyable stay.

Old, small room, no continental breakfast available, traffic noise. Disappointing. Would not stay there if ever had to go back to Riverside again! Left a day early due to death in the family. Now have to contend with site that reservation was made thru per owner.

Regarding the 1 night refund, you do have to contact Expedia, because you booked and paid via Expedia therefore they have to refund you. You were kindly informed by the hotel staff to contact them and when you do, we will approve a free cancellation on your 2nd night's stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Room was facing street as I requested. Attendant told me would be noisy. It wasn’t bad but heads up was nice.

Pleasantly surprised
We were pleasantly surprised, as we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Everything we wanted was short walking distance. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and large. TV was good size, with tons of channels to choose from.

Overall, not a bad stay. There was a crack in the bottom of the shower I didn't find out about until the bathroom floor was completely wet and I had to use the bathmat to try to soak up the water, the bottom of the shower was stained but the bed was comfy and warm. Recommend staying here. The staff was nice too.
