Great place to stay in Moreno Valley. Walkable to Costco and resturants. Rooms very comfortable. Staff at breakfast area very wonderful. Actually, all staff is warm and friendly and accomodating.

The property is clean and staff were excellent and friendly. I just dont think it's worth almost $200 a night especially in this city meaning it's not a high traffic tourist area so it shouldn't be that expensive to stay one night.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property, and it's the same as I remember it back in 2018. The staff makes it super easy to have a comfortable place to hang out for breakfast in the morning (one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've ever had) and for dinner and drinks at night. It's so convenient, and the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Definitely worth every penny, and I would stay here again and again, even if I could stay at another hotel for a lower rate!!

Very nice hotel. Staff very nice. But did have an issue with my Expedia reservation not showing up on their system took almost a hour. Did take a call to Expedia for issue to get fixed.

Breakfast was decent. Eggs, potatoes and sausage. There were also waffles, oatmeal, cereal and bagels. Bummer that the restaurant is only open week days. The room was spacious, clean and had an elegant feel. There was a little convenience shop for snacks, drinks and toiletries. They said the pool was heated but it was very cold. Kids still enjoyed going back and forth from pool to jacuzzi. There were tons of restaurand and stores in walking distance.

Great location and the staff was wonderful! The room was comfortable and roomy -- everything was in great shape! Only negative is that the breakfast was not as good as it used to be. Ran out of bagel choices and muffins the first morning since I got there at 8:30 am. Would have preferred more choice there and more fruit.

The room was lovely but the shower head was very small, not a lot of spray. Also, the pool was freezing. I'm not sure why a pool at a hotel would not be heated for the guests.

I have a special needs child and she loves staying at your facility. All your staff is very nice. The only thing I notice is breakfast time is just too busy for one person to attend to everything. I commend the you lady for keeping up with the demand all by herself.
