Clean, close to highway and restaurants. A little resort hidden. Too bad swimming pool was too cold.

Great place to stay. Only issue was mold on the grout at the tub. That should be an easy fix for the staff.

Home away from homePosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: The first impression was it's a resort. The employees were well trained and acted grateful to have their job.
Location: This hotel was very centrally located to us. One exit away was shopping. Restaurants were plentiful.
Due to a family member's death, we needed a place to stay in Moreno Valley. The location and price were perfect. The welcoming pots of begonias and the grounds felt like a resort. Our room was large, well maintained, quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with the staff being very attentive in keeping the food fresh and appropriate amounts on the buffet table. My concern was the amount of security measures that were taken...Is there a problem with security in the area? With that said, we did feel secure while staying there.

VacationPosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Well kept, breakfast had lots of choices.
Cons: There was no access to coffee in the lobby when we tried to access it. Doors locked and employees said they weren't allowed to open it.
I booked two rooms with king beds, fridge, and microwave. When we went to our rooms they were rooms with two double beds. One had a wheelchair toilet as well which I did not appreciate!

Great stay with friendly and helpful staff!Posted Mar 8, 2015
Pros: Breakfast and staff members.
Cons: More trash cans in the room. Consider bottled water for sale in room.
We had three rooms, two with two beds, and one suite with a king. All rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only things missing to make it absolutely perfect: only one trash can in the unit, and there were no shower/bath items (shampoo/conditioner, shower cap, etc.). One of our guests has vision problems, and the staff assisted her quickly and caringly. We were also having a suprise 90th birthday party, and the staff let us into her room before she arrived to decorate. The included breakfast was excellent: variety of pasties, bread for toasting, sausage patties, tortillas, egg patties, waffle batter, cereals, etc. The pool was cold, but it's still early in the season (March), and the spa was great.
