Do not waste you're money here!

Staff was rude, had ants in my room, and the air conditioner drain lead right into the bathtub...so while soaking I had drips of water coming down on my head.

A little Sad for Comfort Inns

Picked this for a nights stay while enroute for just a night. The Comfort Inns I've used before were much nicer overall. The maintenance in bathroom and the furnishings were old and pretty worn. The bed and bedding were nice however.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Very accommodating to your needs.. No worries regarding rooms at this hotel, maintenance and cleanliness as all was in working order and clean. Had the King Suite 2nd floor and was quiet.

Pros: It was very comfortable and clean. Bed was awesome!
The room was great and the location good also. Staff was pleasant only thing was we had to go back to the office after checking in because our key card did not work.

I loved my stay at the Comfort Inn the beds and pillows were so comfortable. I can't wait until my next stay.

O.K. hotel with some issues

This hotel was just OK. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. But, most of the room lights are on motion detectors, so you can't sit quietly without all the lights going out. Very inconvenient. The lights over the beds were hard to operate; I thought at first they were broken. The "free" breakfast was very nice if you could get to it. The breakfast room was not nearly large enough to accommodate all who wanted to partake.

The room did not have a heater that worked. I was cold all night, when you put on the heater, cold air blowed. then when we left the girl at the desk said they charged my credit card $20.00 to cover incidental expenses. THERE WERE NO EXPENSES AND THEY COULD SEE THAT. THEY SAID IF WE FIND NOT EXPENSES WE WILL REFUND YOUR $20 IN 5-7 DAYS. I FEEL THIS IS FRAUD AND WE WERE NOT TOLD WE WOULD BE CHARGED THIS FEE WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATIONS. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED A FEE AHEAD OF TIME EVER IN ANY HOTEL. I WILL PROBABLY NEVER USE COMFORT INN AGAIN. DAVID E. BAWDEN
