Cons: the smell
The hotel smelled awful, like a nursing home. The air conditioner was loud and noisy, so noisy that I couldn't even run it and had to keep it off in order to sleep.

The pillows were terrible, but the rest of the room was very nice. the hotel being right next door to a discount tire came in handy, when i realized i had a flat the morning before my new job training .

Cons: The room where the breakfast is set up, it's small.....cramped seating & looked unfinished.
Location: Close to shopping, dining and the freeway
This was our second stay at the Comfort Inn in Moreno Valley and we were as happy with the accommodation this time as we were the first time. No matter what time we've checked in (1am the first time & 4pm this time) the clerk/receptionist was helpful & polite, the room was a great size and it was clean (but it didn't have the hotel/motel smell). Being that were visiting from another state, it's an added plus that the location is near everything a traveler could want. We're looking forward to our next visit to California & another stay at the Comfort Inn in Moreno Valley :). PS, they have great Belgium Waffles with the continental breakfast!

Good for a nightPosted Jun 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Desk staff very nice, and very helpful. Breakfast was fair. The morning I ate:scrambled eggs and gravy (no biscuits or toast). Tiny breakfast room. Surrounding area is scetchy, but immediate area is OK. Elevator smelled like stale smoke. Hallway leading to room: stained carpeting. My room was comfortable, but lacked enough power outlets, and those outlets I could use for charging my phone/etc were so loose that I ending up using the bathroom outlet for charging. If you're looking for a comfortable room for the night, this would be a good choice. If you're staying a longer amount of time, you might want to try the other local choices.

Hotel staff were nice, rooms were okay. Beware of phone calls of people pretending to be hotel security, claiming to need your check in info again due to computer malfunction. Ruined my stay, but not hotels fault. Overall it was good for what I paid.
