“Extreemely impresssed with staff”

From the minute I arrived I was very impressed with the freindliness of the staff. They were very accomodating (especially Ashley and Linda) and I strongly feel all the staff from the maintenance crew, cleaning ladies to the desk personnel all deserve high praise for the work they do. I will really miss them all when I leave in June. They all made my stay here extremely enjoyable.

Hampton Inn did it again! I truly appreciate the staff for everything they did! The room was clean and the hospitality was amazing. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Moreno Valley.

“A great stay in Moreno Valley”

The Hampton Inn & Suites Moreno Valley was very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As a blind patron, the staff was quick to attend to my needs. Housekeeping was very efficient and thourough. I stayed four days and besides the standard towel replacement, each day they clean the shower, toilet and countertops. Thinking this would be a lower quality property since it was Expedia's lowest price hotel, I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return on subsequent visits to this area. Also noteworthy, Jason's Deli and Spice & Rice Thai Cusine delivers to this property. Both were excellent eats.

“The Place to Call Home-- Hampton Inns & Suites”

Hampton Inns & Suite, Moreno Valley--this hotel, overall, is immaculate and comfortable. The rooms are quiet nice, airy, clean and comfortable. We love the fact that the property does not allow pets, as some of our family members (pet lovers themselves) are allergic to dander and some pets (depending on the type). This requirement would be priorityon our list when searching for lodging. The breakfast buffet was excellent--a variety of items daily--and the staff at the breakfast buffet were warm, friendly, hard-working and professional. Please consider them an integral and important part of your staff and the Hilton family. Your front desk staff (most notably Vilma, was amazing, efficient and welcoming--kudos Vilma--and keep up the good work). The common areas of the hotel, i.e. hallway, elevator, lobby, restrooms, pool area, fitness room, were well-kept, clean and inviting. The beverage station in the lobby area was an added bonus and we enjoyed having it there on a daily basis, especially at night when we returned to the property and in need of some type of beverage (s). We highly recommend this property and Hamton Inns & Suites, and would gladly come back for a return visit. Thanks.
