“Nice low-cost motel that isn't sleazy”
I stayed for four nights and was very surprised at the quality. I booked this place on the Expedia special pricing option where you don't find out the details until after purchase. At the end, I'm glad I saved that money because Knights Inn Corona was great. Knights Inn Corona was clean, had a mini fridge, iron/board, hairdryer, coffeemaker and plenty of shampoo/soap/towels. It has free cable and internet. I checked in late (11:30 PM) and the owner was still open. You can hear some noise outside but the neighboring rooms were insulated. There's a bus stop right outside so I heard a lot of buses in the early morning, but that can be good for people needing the public transportation. If you're just looking for a place to spend a few nights and don't care for luxuries offered by name-brand hotels, this is a fine place to stay. I didn't check out anywhere near, but I did see some small Mexican food places and liquor store down the street and shopping centers about a mile away. Since I didn't check out the surrounding area, I gave average ratings for location and neighborhood (but I know it was about 5 minutes from a major freeway). My only criticisms would be that some cable channels were fuzzy and the heater/ac seemed to be on a timer system which was so short (could've just been my room). For the price and experience, I recommend this place highly! Don't let it's motel status conjure up bad images because it was clean, private, and accessible.
“avoid at all costs”
this is not a hotel, it is a motel, clearly stated. i would not stay there nor refer someone. the management was unprofessional and my concerns were not met

Area:
Corona, California, United States of America: Corona, in Riverside County, was founded during southern Californias citrus boom in the late 1800s. Nowadays, it is known as being the gateway to the Inland Empire. Prior to the 1980s, Corona was known for its agriculture, i.e. citrus orchards, ranches, and dairy farms. But with sky-high real estate prices in Los Angeles and Orange counties, Corona soon became a major suburb of L.A.
