THE WROST STAY WE EVER HAD

There was no coffee pot in room the carpet was so dirty an sticky I had to get towels from the front desk to put on the floor just so I could walk around without shoes my granddaughter had to throw away her socks they were so black the person up stairs from us was walking around ALL night long and the floor above us sqeeked so loud that my husband went up to the front desk they said they would say something but never did

Motel management consider your comment.The coffee pot in a office area.carpet stream cleaning schedule next week. On that night desk requested upstairs guest and everything cool down.

Hair on the sheets!!

Hotel is cheap but not in a good area. There were a long hair on my pillow. I can say that they dont change the sheets after each guest. Free Wifi was not working. I was on the phone with help desk for solid 45 min, and he could not make the connection, so finally I gave up. Go there if you want to get a cheap room; otherwise, I dont recommend it at all.

Motel management consider you comment.If you seen any error in a clean room you requested for other pillow or other room.Desk always consider guest request and make satisfied . sometime on free Wi-Fi .system rebut and works fine. Motel management look after your comment. Thanks for business.

It was almost like the room wasn't ready. There were no towels. I called the office and I had to go downstairs to get the towels myself. The toilet tank leaked and I asked if we could switch rooms. The manager was nice and right away changed our room upon request. The second room we got was better, at least the towel racks were full and there was extra toilet paper in the restroom. We were so tired that we slept well.

Thanks for comments and business.Guest was check in early .check in time is 2:00 pm.still desk check them early w/o early check in charge.we have extra towels in a desk as many guest want.Still maintenance check any error in a room.

Room was clean, furniture is outdated. Neighborhood was quiet. Staff had to be told to clean room. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

I've gotta say, I've been traveling for work all over So. Cal and for the price (which can't be beat) the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, a real sized shower, microwave, fridge and TV. Can't be beat, I'll definitely stay here again
