Property is old and needs some updates. Other than the light not working very well in the bathroom it was a good stay.

There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. Tried calling like the sign said, but no one answered. Someone finally showed up to check us in. She was nice and friendly. The room was nice, but had not been vacuumed otherwise it was clean.

Hotel is easy to access, had good parking, staff was very friendly and professional, and bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed and there was obvious need of that.

Housekeeping walks in
The hotel is clean. It's older update but everything is in good condition. Our problem is we stayed one night and the next morning we had not one but two times housekeeping walked into our room before checkout. The first time we didn't have the door lock on and the second time we did. This was at 9 am and again at 9:30. We also had the do not disturb sign on the door both times. The second time I stepped out to find out what was going on. She said that we were a single night stay, which I responded we were. I then asked her if checkout was still at 11 am and she said it was. The housekeeper then said she would mark us as a DND- "do not disturb". There was no knock, no identification as housekeeping when entering the room and it was well before checkout. We were happy with the rest of the stay, this was very disappointing. Just remember always put every lock available on whenever you are in a room here.

Very accommodating. Breakfast was from 7-10 on Sunday, however, several people had kids there for a soccer tournament so for them to be able to eat breakfast they started serving breakfast earlier. This was very nice of them to accommodate for several of the guests.

Due to a mistake on my part, the hotel was scheduled for the wrong date. Since it was scheduled through Hotels.com it would normally need to be corrected with Hotels.com. However Hotels.com has no phone number to call an agent and the virtual agent is a joke and a big waist of time. The lady at the desk went out of the way, spend some time and took care of it. Hotels.com has much to learn in customer service.

I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The rest: -great pillows and bed -Couldn’t control the temp-just cold and no shut-off -bathroom wasn’t real clean -no towel racks -quiet -very friendly staff -nice outdoor area for pets

This hotel was very clean. The ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors worked sporadically. The staff seemed indifferent to this. Overall 9/10 for the stay. Spent 4 nights there.
