"Excellent all inclusive resort perfect for couples"
Absolutely amazing. My wife and I just spent 7 days at this resort from 7 September to 14 September for our honeymoon and it was amazing! Everything from the hotel wait staff to the entertainment staff were courteous, entertaining, and pleasant. The food was all 5 stars every meal! Can't wait to go again for our anniversary

Just returned from a very relaxing 4-night stay. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Check-in is very smooth. No waiting in line at a check-in desk. You are greeted with a refreshing drink, tour of the resort and a golf cart ride to your room. The resort is small and intimate. Very beautiful! The food is outstanding! However, there are only 3 restaurants, so if you're looking for a variety of different types of cuisines you won't find that at this resort. There was no swimming in the ocean and there was lots of seaweed in the water and on the beach, but we weren't looking to swim in the ocean. The pool is one of the best we've seen. It's the perfect size with some deeper areas and areas with a few inches of water for lounging. The guys that work around the pool are so friendly and again willing to get you anything you want. The lounge chairs are very comfy. Be sure to the pool early to get a good spot with an umbrella. One of the down sides of this resort is that there is no entertainment at night. The resort is pretty much dead after 9pm. You can go to other sister resorts in the area like Secretes for nighttime entertainment, but you need to pay for your own transportation (taxi). Since this is the highest level resort in the grouping, I would expect free transportation to the near-by sister resorts. Also, the spa and other activities like snorkeling, private dinners, etc. are expensive. We really enjoyed our stay though and can't wait to go back

Everything from the welcome when we arrived and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were all terrific. Food was very good as were facilities. Evening entertainment was fair at best but otherwise the resort was top notch.

The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet. The room was lovely. The staff was polite and attentive. We had many great waiters that made our meals a fun experience. We were there in the off season and didn't have trouble finding spots by the pool. I would definitely recommend this resort to a honeymooning couple, and plan on going back.

We were at the Now Sapphire last week and what a wonderful resort! First of all it's beautiful, the staff are excellent; very friendly, warm and attentive! Our room which was a preferred club ocean front view, was spectacular! There were 6 restaurants and the food was great! I really have no complaints about this resort and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a special experience.

We were here for a destination wedding, and it was a relocation due to the hurricane in Los Cabos a month before. Our 1st impression was welcoming. We were greeted with champagne and cooling towels, and by chance, our bride and groom too. We were taken to our room and given a quick run down of the grounds. All of the staff during our entire stay were above and beyond friendly. Food at every restaurant and room service was great. Desserts could use some help, but the food more than made up for the mediocre desserts. Tip your bar staff right away and you will get better drinks during your stay. The rooms that look right at the ocean at the end by the activities pool, listen to music right away in the morning, and the rooms by the sugar reef bar will hear the bass from the party they have going until 2-3 am. The snorkeling reef that you can swim out to is really awesome, and only a few dollars to buy a mouth piece, but the rest of the snorkeling gear is free to rent. The thermostat will turn way down, but the air conditioner can't keep up. The coolest our room could get was 68, but the humidity was so high it felt a lot warmer.
