An excellent property for solo travel, our especially for couples. Great access to Playa Del Carmen restaurants and fifth Avenue bartender and host was great front desk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed help with a parking ticket.

Отель сам по себе вполне приятный. НО!!! Почти каждый вечер в отеле устраиваются какие-нибудь мероприятия. Звучит очень громкая музыка до полуночи или дрльше. Даже в номерах нужно говорить очень громко, чтобы услышал партнёр. После окончания музыки ещё 1-2 часа гости очень громко общаются. Да, и это периодически просто выставленный на аппаратуре ритм с обилием низких частот, стучащих по голове. Если вам нравится такой шум и возможность уснуть только около 2-х часов ночи, то можно попробовать "отдохнуть" в этом отеле. Я пыталась разговаривать с владельцем и персоналом. Увы, безрезультатно. А к чистоте и обслуживанию никаких претензий. Очень доброжелательный персонал.

Cache Boutique Hotel was awesome! I'm not even a person who writes reviews but I have too! Lets get the 3 negatives out of the way. 1. The shower wasnt cleaned well. 2. Our room had a window next to the door where people could see part of our room. We had to be careful where we stood after getting out of the shower. 3. Stained/Sticky Balcony chairs. Now the good stuff! Alejandro at the front desk made our stay so amazing. He gave the best recommendations, very clear directions, super accomodating and literally always had a smile on his face. This hotel is super loud and lively every night until about midnight. Which husband and I didnt mind at all. I wish we had more time! Never got to get in the pool (which was heated at night!) and didnt get to try the on site restaurant which we heard from other guest was delicious. And they had nightly activities that we were always too tired for lol. We felt super safe, minutes walking to amazing food, beach, and the main avenida. Just overall the best location for a mix of city and beach vibes! We would highly recommend this hotel if location and hospitality are more important to you than glitz and glam! Side bar: they have a dedicated parking lot under the building (so our car was pretty much always in the shade!) but the morning of check out we realized we left our lights on and our battery was dead! Within 10 minutes we were helped by one of the guys Angel at the hotel who had jumper cables in his car! Truly a life saver!

The hotel is well-located, clean, and the staff is attentive. However, I had to check out and cancel my reservation due to a loud party at the hotel scheduled to last until 3 am. Additionally, the internet does not work in the rooms, which is essential for my work

The property was very noisy with a full on dance party happening directly outside of our door. Our room was at the top of the stairs and people were bumping into our wall for hours. We checked out after two hours of being there.

We do have different events on daily basis offering a unique and diverse approach to being in the center of Playa del Carmen.Although you might have fallen on an event that happens to be busier, usually they are casual, nice presence, and always finish at 12am, offering peace of mind for a full night sleep considering that you are staying in the heart of a party city.We believe that 2 hours is not enough time to judge what it is like to stay at Caché, but we definitely respect your thoughts on it. Location is good everything is walkable. We did not have a safe in the room and after arguing with the front desk staff the manager allowed us to use their safe. Our junior suite was huge however there were no curtains over one of the windows therefore the light from the hallway was shining in our room. When asked if we could add a curtain (rod hooks were still in the wall) we were told it wasnt possible. Bed was comfortable atleast but we were glad to have only booked 2 nights here.

Staff was very friendly and responsive and spoke enough English for me to get by. The location is great as it's within 5 minutes of the beach, 5th Avenue, the ADO bus station, tons of restaurants, and is immediately adjacent to a public square that hosts a weekend street fair. There were things that weren't in the best condition (furning with cosmetic damage, rust on the showerhead, AC didn't work in my first room, but the staff were helpful and changed my room to one with working AC), but everything was very clean. The restaurant/bar also had decent food and drinks and hosted events several nights per week, such as salsa dancing. I'd stay here again.

Stayed at Cache before, same issues no water in the night. Doors are dragging, no darken curtains.Good for low budget travel. Housekeeping sucks, no clean towles next day and sheets were ripped and stained along with the dirty towels.

No importa si te retiras antes de tu salida la habitacion se quedó apartada para usted los días que pago y solicito por la aplicación Si usted reserva x días Son los días que le cobramos y son los días que se queda la habitacion apartada para su hospedaje Al momento de irse No sabíamos si regresaba o no y por ese motivo se le dejó preparada el tiempo reservado Y como le comente tenemos todo grabado y no fue acosada en ningun momento Solo se le solicito el pago directamente en su habitación 2 veces ya que no bajaba a recepción a pagar su deuda Saludos

I have stayed here a few times primarily for the location and it's very affordable. My least favorite thing is the pool. The color is too dark and uninviting! They should invest in changing to the classic blue color of most pools...it looks cleaner! Also, they need to utilize the bar space and higher staff members for waiter bartender service. Even if they offer simple drinks, beer, wine and snack foods it would encourage the guests to enjoy the property more when you don't want to be on the beach. The pool alone could be the difference in whether I choose Cache Boutique Hotel on my next visit or something else in the area!

Centrally located, but on a main intersection. If you have a room that faces outwards, bring ear plugs. For duration of my stay, no hot water. None. 3 nights, no hot water?? Staff smiled and just said we are looking into it. This is more like a boasts, not a boutique hotel.

The room was clean and in good repair. There was a small bar fridge but no coffee maker. The pool was clean but had no steps or ladder making it impossible to get in and out of . Also there was only 1 broken umbrella and no shade. The extreme noise from a bar nearby started at midnight and ended at 4am.

The room was beautiful and very clean every day but the wifi didn’t work in our room. We told the people at the front desk that it was not working and they told us it should be fixed now but it never worked. There were 3 different wifi networks in the hotel and not a single one would connect in our room. I ended up spending quite a bit money topping up the 3G on my SIM card in order to have Internet at the hotel.

The property overall is clean. Staff is very friendly. However, the room is very run down. We were on the first floor, and one of the room had a broken curtain that could see through the room. They didn't even come fix the room after we told them about the problem nor changed the room for us. The location is great, two blocks away from fifth avenue, but could get a little bit noisy at night.

El hotel bonito, pero me pidieron depósito en garantía al check in y al salir lo regresarían, me lo cobraron y nunca lo regresaron , les marcamos telefónicamente muchos días y no lo resuelven y hoy hasta el teléfono colgaron. Creo que quien hizo el check out lo hizo a propósito, por qué fue muy grosero al pedirle que me diera una hora más para hacer el check out, solo me contestó muy grosero, que si me pasaba me cobraría otro día que yo firme eso, lo dijo muy amenazante y desde luego le contesté que nunca regresaría a ese hotel por ser tan grosero para contestar.

The hotel is very close to the 5ta Avenida and the beach, great location and no loud. The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable, shower was great. The elevator starts after a good set of stairs outdoor, so you have to carry luggage up under rain some times before you can get to the elevator.
