There isn't one bad thing we can say about our stay. We did our vow renewal on the beach & everything was picture perfect. Our room, food, staff, cleanliness, everything A+! We will be returning!

Food was great, better than most other resorts we have stayed at. Wish they had shuttle service to playa de Carmen for free... But we can't have everything.

Pros: I loved the beach
Cons: The main buffet and family pool area
Main buffet was poor but the other restaurants were great. Fantastic beach facilities although pool area was small and crowded if with a family.

Pros: Hotel staff was very tentative to your needs. Not quite sure of the adult side of the pool because we brought our child and couldn't go.
Cons: Update the hotel and clean up the World Café.
Location: Everything was fine...have the town there helped
The disappointing part of the hotel is the small entrance. It doesn't have the grand entrance like a lot of the other hotels. After one day of getting over that and finding what the hotel has to offer, our mode changed to the better. The beach needs more white sand, many places are hard to walk because there is only about 2 inches of sand with what feels like concrete underneath. Food was great and service was great!

The food wasn't the best but it was always freshly made and it was all free anytime , and the rooms where constantly clean but the housekeeping constantly always came uninvited. The staff was always helpful though. The room smelled humid and the shower nozzle kept falling off but it was comfortable. Overall it was too expensive and would only recommend if you are willing to pay over $1500 for two people at 4 days of stay. Definitely worth the time... yes also this hotel was really far from going out to travel. I will continue to try new hotels when I travel to Cancun until I can truly decide the best price and accommodations

Food is DISGUSTING!!!

The food was so disgusting. I've stayed at other all inclusives and never had a problem with food. We spit our food in our napkins at the Japanese restaurant and even Mexican restaurant. . . . . we had to go outside of the hotel and spent $400 on food at outside restaurants. I liked the room, the spa was very small - - the service was good - - but the food - ick!!!! We are lucky that we didn't get sick. . . . . I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on food - -

Great Hotel but one bad experience

Pros: the food was good.
Cons: Not allowing other guests to charge to other peoples rooms without permisison!!!!!
Everything went very well until the last day when I foung out that hotel staff allowed another guest in the hotel to charge charges to our room. Hotel refused to reverse the charge.
