Pros: THE ENTIRE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE. GREAT POOL AND GROUNDS. WIFI WAS EXCELLENT. BREAKFAST AT WORLD CAFE GREAT WAY TO START YOUR DAY

Pros: the restaurants, gym and Explorers club and the room 1200 .
Had a wonderful experience for the grandchildren as well as for myself and my daughter. Facilities were not only beautiful, clean. One of my grandchildren felt she was in the best hotel in the world.

Lost reservations

Poor experience with check in and check out. Lost prepaid reservations, found them 1 hour later, promised room credit to compensate that wasn't honored at check out. Poor communication among front end staff.

Fantastic Resort

Pros: Everything
Cons: At the pool area bars, there could be drink menus. Especially the frozen beach drinks.
Fabulous resort! Everything was great, especially the treatment from most staff members. They go out their way to make you feel great, and provide excellent customer service. Food is also delicious! Pools are great for all ages. Hint- throw the staff a few bucks in tips and they'll take extra special care of you.

great get away!

Pros: the staff excellent service
Cons: more night entertainment
Location: we went to chicen itza it was great!!
we went to celebrate my birthday and the hotel was excellent a very relax atmosphere, the beach is gorgeous and the service is amazing. we really enjoy our stay. there are so many options to eat the Japanese Restaurant was the best for us we are planning to come back and the paella by the main pool at 1 pm is a must have. the drinks were excellent.the hotel bead and room were very comfortable and they clean the room twice a day. love Dreams

Fantastic smaller resort

Pros: Amazing staff. Great food in all the restaurants. Everything was easy. No towel wars, no wrist bands.
Cons: I can't think of anything to improve! Maybe slightly larger rooms.
Location: We never left the resort, which is unusual for us. The beach was great, and it was only around 20 minutes to the airport.
We are frequent travelers to the Mayan Riviera/PDC/Xcaret area, but have stayed in larger resorts. This was our first stay at the Dreams in Puerto Morelos, but it won't be the last. This is a great resort. Phenomenal service, the best food we've had at an all-inclusive and terrific pools.

Really good food. Make sure to go to the Oceania or order room service for breakfast. The World Cafe was good, but the other options are better.

Beautiful resort on the Mediterranean.

Overall Dreams Rivera Cancun is a beautiful resort right on the Mediterranean. We recently spent four days to attend our friend's daughter's wedding. We were disappointed the first night in the food at one of the poolside restaurants. We checked around and found better restaurants for the next three nights and enjoyed our meals. The only other complaint was that we ran out of hot water in the room during the daytime and I was forced to take cold showers for two days. The staff was notified but never really address the problem. Otherwise, this is truly a beautiful five-star resort and I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Great hotel

Absolutely great. We stayed at Dreams Riviera in beginning of January 2015, there were at that moment more "party-people" there than we expected, but that didn't bother us. Al a carte restaturants were good, but small portions most of the time.

Good hotel

Cons: Clean the children's pool more often. Lots of food and debris in it.
Location: Good beach.
Cleaning was not great in the rooms, but grounds were impeccable. Good food. Excellent staff, very responsive to needs.
