I cannot say enough good things about this resort!!! The staff was fabulous & very accommodating to our every need! Our concierge, Virginia, catered to our kids with a balloon animal bubble bath, special afternoon treats, and great surprises throughout our stay! The kids club was fun & the restaurants were delicious!!! The pool side service was wonderful as well!!! Best. Trip. Ever!!!

Stayed at the Zen resort. Great welcoming environment. Relaxing. pampered. Spa too expensive for what they offer, though. Excellent restaurants, although food somewhat scant in some of them (Piaff and, De Autor). Quality of drinks intermediate. Beaches resorts with excellent infinity pool and wet bar. Azul and Lucca best places to eat. Watch out at Piaf restaurant with sommelier trying to have you choose from an expensive list of wines not included in the "all inclusive". "All inclusive" should also include spa serpvices for more moderate prices or a try for free. Quality of "de la casa" wines and Caba (champagne) pretty low.
Overall great experience for reconnecting with significant other. Very satisfactory place to spend a week.

This hotel is handy to the beach and 5th avenue. Maeve the receptionist was amazing as we're all of the staff. They really made you feel welcome.
The rooms were spacious although the water pressure was a little lacking for me (I admit to being a shower snob!)
I would definitely return to this hotel over any of the all inclusive hotels I've stayed at.

My boyfriend and I went to this resort as a getaway and it was INCREDIBLE! The staff was kind at every interaction. They were all bilingual and willing to humor me around my poor attempts at speaking Spanish. They were personable and many knew our names before we left. The all inclusive is certainly the way to go. The room we had was nothing extravagant but it was clean, had AC, comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom and a great view from the balcony. The resort is so expansive, you won't be in your room much anyway. The personal concierge (which comes with the reservation) was knowledgeable and immensely helpful. The food was delicious. Breakfast options were a bit limited but lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks far surpassed our expectations. I can't say enough about the pools and private beach. The service at the pools/beach were top notch and the pools were HUGE and had many options for lounging in the water. My only complaints were that it was a trek from the airport, about 40 mins (but shuttles were reasonably priced) and we didn't know tips weren't included in our package so we felt terrible that we hadn't tipped all week because the staff was so amazing. However, our service NEVER suffered even when we returned to places that recognized us after we naively hadn't tipped .We did the Tulum/XelHa adventure. DO THAT! A perfect blend of a history lesson and water adventures (snorkeling, zip lines, caves, cliff jumping, etc). I would go back in a heart beat!

The hotel is outstanding. Exceptionally clean. All the restaurants had very high quality, gourmet restaurant level food. Staff was very friendly and always very accommodating. We wanted to watch the Thursday football games in the bar (with English commentary) and they went out of their way to arrange it.
Beach was very nice. There was a kayak to take out and they give catamaran tours and arranged a snorkeling trip to the reef, which was not too far from the hotel.
The food and beverages manager, Ernesto was omnipresent, always making sure that you were satisfied and making suggestions for food and even making things that were not on the menu. He is a great ambassador for the hotel.

we went for our honeymoon and it was an awesome experience. we have stayed in several different all inclusive hotels in the cancun area and this was by far the best. the food was the best we have ever had for it being all inclusive. the food is pretty Americanized, which we liked. all the restaurants were good. the best was hacienda, the Mexican restaurant. our least favorite was mamma Mia, the Italian restaurant. the staff is very friendly and do whatever they can to make you happy. it is totally worth it to pay the extra money for the deluxe suite with pool access! we could swim right off our balcony and swim up to the swim up bar in 60 seconds, the best part of the trip by far was the private pool access!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
