While staying here, you have access to 3 other resorts as well as a shopping center that is a great place to go for souvenirs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!"

"My husband and I had an amazing time at this resort. The property is beautiful, we loved being surrounded by the jungle and seeing animals every day. We also loved the adults-only saltwater pool that feeds from the ocean where you are surrounded by fish! We thought the food and buffet quality was excellent. We definitely plan to return in the future with kids one day! Highly recommend this resort, great for a couples getaway like we did or also great for families with kids."

In particular, I had the pleasure of interacting with Diana, the guest service lady, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Diana not only assisted me with arranging a refund for a canceled excursion but also consistently checked on the status of our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her willingness to assist with any request made our experience truly memorable. Overall, despite the ongoing renovations, the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa offers a fantastic getaway experience with top-notch amenities and exceptional service from the staff, especially from individuals like Diana.
