Nice hotel, 15 minutes walk away from beach

Pros: The room is big and location is not bad.
Cons: Room shower is not big and hot enough.
The hotel is pretty good, but they don't have laundry service and microwave. The breakfast is included, but the food was simple and okay.

Pros: le personnel sourient aimable et tranquillité.
Cons: laver les couvre lit très sal changer les serviettes car elles sont tacher et déchirer laver les tache sur les vitres de portes et balcons .
Location: ce fait très bien en auto parc naturel xcaret,playa del carmen,restaurant,boutique,plage.
le déjeuner était correct ,nous avons réserver 2 chambres il a fallu demander de changer une chambre parce qu'elle était en rénovation ex: sur le mur coter lit le mur était ouvert et il était fermer avec du plastic noir soit 4 pi L par 6 pi de H les mur était sal chambre en rénovation le personnel de la réception très aimable nous a changer de chambre pour mieux ces un hôtel tranquille près de tout sauf très sal pour le prix nous avons été dessus.

Worst customer service from the General Manager!

Pros: Spacious room but if you are on vacation and out all day this would not matter as much.
Cons: Everyday, cleaner should at least ask us whether we want the room to get cleaned or not. It seem like we always have to request it from the front desk
Location: Far away to the 5th Avenue, very long walk, ended up costing more for the cab ride every time. I would suggest find a somewhere close by.
General manager, Xochitl made my vacation a nightmare! Worst customer service I have EVER encountered in my life! I lost my contact lenses in the hotel, reported to them as soon as I found out that morning. I explained to her that it would have been thrown away by the cleaner by accident. I covered my contact lenses container with a small tissue paper to avoid dust. A habit I acquired over the years. My assumption was when housekeeping cleaned our room, the maid must have been in a rush and accidentally threw them out. Otherwise, she would have noticed what that was. Spoke with Xochitl, and lo and behold, this person insisted that she spoke with the maid and was told she didn't threw out anything from the table. And then told me I kept changing my story. (I knew she didn't understand me very well but instead accused me of changing my story) And then had the guts to tell me that a lot of their customers say that they lost something in their room but apparently not!? I was trembling and in rage after! I cannot believe a manager would deal the issue like this. Very poor people skill. I was expecting she would at least say "I apologize for the inconvenience" then explain. This has not happened at all! And yet, basically told me I'm lying. You don't say that to an angry/frustrated customer that is just common sense! So don't blame me for how I behaved. A different person with great customer/people skill would have dealt the situation differently.

Vi bodde först på rum 233. Det var lyhört från korridoren. Toan fick man spola ca 3 gånger innan allt försvann. Luftkonditioneringen luktade kraftigt av urin vid två tillfällen vavid vi bytte rum den andra gången till rum 235. Där funkade allt bra. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Stor och gratis bilparkering. Rummen var stora och sängarna var bekväma. Vi hade gratis frukost men utbudet på frukostmaten var snålt tilltaget. Det är ganska långt att gå till stranden ca 1000 m. Det finns ingen lunch/middagsrestaurang på hotellet.

clean hotel

The hotel was clean and special good for those who have a car. If you dont mind to walk about 15 minutes to the ferry ou the beginning of the 5th avenue it is also a good option as walking is safe. If you wake up late you may have to wait a few minutes to get in for the breakfast as the demand is too high for the amount of staff asingned. There are emergency exit doors marked as "salida" or exit and it can be annoying waking up with the alarm. I gave this feed back and they seemed to take the advise. Overall the hotel is a 4/5 and if you want to travel within your means and have a free breakfast this is an option for you. I hope you enjoy your staying and don't forget to check the beaches in Tulum; you won't regret.

Fine for one night

Pros: My daughter liked the pool.
We used this hotel as stopover after leaving Cozumel on our way to Cancun. It was fine for that. The hotel didn't have anything within walking distance so had to spend some money on cabs.
