Customer service lacking

Very rude staff, site says they're bilingual but they're not. Not helpful at all on services and the good was awful at breakfast. Made for locals, not for tourists. Rooms were clean and cool. Pool was nice and the outside is well manicured. Not in a very nice area, scary when we walked back from 5th avenue.

Although hotel is not in middle of action, it is within walking distance and they do have a free shuttle which we used a couple of times due to two little girls. Very clean, also loved the free morning menu

Room was clean all the time. Breakfast need more time on cooking the food and more variety. Front desk needs to be more friendly and acknowledge when customers arrives at hotel or is waiting for service.
