“A wonderful week spending Christmas at Los Lirios”
We spent seven days here in December 2011 and it was fantastic for the three of us in two rooms. The staff were all so friendly and the breakfast buffet was a huge delicious meal. We ate two lunches and two dinners there and others at nearby hotel restaurants. All can be reached by the gorgeous white beaches and each hotel in this area is unique and a reasonable size in terms of the number of rooms. Time on the beach and time in the room or in our balcony hammock were so relaxing.....no TV and no phones and we chose to have no laptops. We highly recommend Los Lirios for a safe, friendly, relaxing week in a gorgeous location right on the beach near Tulum.
“The best in Tulum”
We went to many hotels in Tulum and can say that Los Lirios is the best option for families, it has a nice pool and great ocean views from any room. You can go to any nice restaurant nearby to dinner.
“I shall return”
I am an X-Chicago guy who has been living in Mexico for the past few yrs. I enjoy taking trips to spots like tulum, and staying at nice hotels. This trip was very pleasant. The hotel in question was very nice, the beach was great as usual. The hotel is located in a very nice spot on the beach. As a matter of fact there are no bad spots on Tulum beach. It is a great not so crowded beach. The white sand is to die for.
“Paradise found! You must stay here! It's beautiful!”
The location was perfect & the views amazing. The grounds were very nice with sand walkways. We were in a garden room view, ground floor, closest to the restaurant. Although we had a garden view room we had a partial view of the ocean. As the restaurant is not busy except at breakfast this was a well lit, quiet location. Our room had two double beds and was very spacious with two closets. The patio was great to relax with chairs and a hammock. The beach was spotless and was one of the best cared for beaches in the area. Purchase your bottled water in town because there is none available on site other than at the restaurant. The hotel does not exchange money. Taxis pass by frequently and made it easy to get where ever we wanted to go. We felt very safe here with our 6 year old daughter and enjoyed the people and location immensely. The hotel had A/C 24 hours with fresh hot water showers. After reading other reviews we found that the beds were neither too hard nor too soft and did not have spring issues. Internet is only accessed in the restaurant using the cord provided by the hotel. We found it best to use the Internet in the evening other than at breakfast when other guests also wanted to send emails, etc.
“beautiful and comfortable hotel.”
I'd like to be there again with beloved person. it has spacious and cozy room with balcony. It's not just hotel to stay a night but a sweet house for me. walking in white beach and lying down on the hommock were greatest on whole trip for Mexico. For staffs, don't have lots to say because don't have chance to talk to them except for check-in and -out.
“hope to go back”
The room layout was great. Loved the big window facing the ocean, the sliding door that adjust the amount of breeze that you want, your own personal hammock. Its an entertainment plus to be next door to a kitesurfing school. makes for great beach entertainment. Water was perfect. Great base for a weeks worth of intensive water fun and ruin sight seeing.very relaxing place to come back to after a day of activities
“Great Place!”

“great place to relax”
We stayed in Los Lirios for 5 nights the beginnig of September. We found this to be a great place to say. It is everything it said it would be on the website. The beds were on the hard side, however after a day exploring the area or on the beach we had no trouble sleeping. The room was cleaned very well every day and the maid made animals from towels on our bed. We stayed in an ocean view room and had great views and sea breezes from our balcony. There were 2 chairs, a small table, and a hammock on the balcony....we spent a lot of time on it! A breakfast was included. The fruit was fresh, coffee was good, and you got to choose between egg dishes, or hot cakes. Both were good. Our air conditioning unit was leaking the first day we arrived. After contacting the office- it was fixed in just a couple of hours. The staff is very friendly---and want to meet your needs. There is no wifi- no television- not sure about cell phone service as we did not have international calling on ours-----we found that it was VERY easy to relax and enjoy this part of Mexico without being "connected".
“Second honeymoon success!”
Excelent hotel, excelent price, outstanding service, excelent location! I absolutely recomend!
“Nice place to stay in Tulum”
Great place, breakfast was included, air conditioned rooms seems like the only one in the area with it. Electricity 24/7 which the others in the Eco area we heard only had power during the day. Blow dryer in the room. Right on the beach perfectly located.
