Hotel bem localizado com atendimento exemplar.Posted Jan 28, 2015

Nice hotel and attentive staffPosted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: Ambient, decoration, service, location.
Location: On the 5th avenue, close to the beach and all the activity at Playa del Carmen
Liked the hotel very much. Great service. Only complain is related to some remodeling work that made some noise in the afternoon

Lil piece of paradisePosted Dec 9, 2014
Pros: Everything, from the facilities and staff. The breakfast is simple and well presented ...Very yummy though !!!
Location: The coffee across the street is amazing, try the shots of Mexican chocolate. Also try El pirata a local seafood place around the corner that is REAL..
Since our honeymoon in 2010 we have been recommending this hotel to our friends...such a great value boutique hotel We booked 3 rooms and my other two friends agreed on our view of the hotel

Felt like a guest at somebody's homePosted Nov 1, 2014
Pros: Friendliness and service
Location: A few blocks away from the best restaurant area on 5th Ave. Four blocks away from the best beach clubs.
Mexicans often say: "Mi casa es su casa" (My home is your home) and at Casa Ticul they live by it. They run to open the doors for you, breakfast is simple, but personalized to your liking, room had all the comforts you expect to find at home and it's located right on the new area of 5th Ave., close to all the action, but not in the center of it, which provides for great nights of sleep. Definitively my new home when visiting the Riviera Maya.

Upscale beautiful hotel close to beachPosted Oct 18, 2014
The staff were the friendliest we've ever encountered. They were very helpful when presented with a somewhat minor problem(water-dripping air conditioner); and equally helpful when asked about beach services and dive shops.

Great hotel, great shower, best breakfast we hadPosted Oct 16, 2014
Everything is to the smallest detail. After a few hotels in our trip, this was the without a doubt the best (though it's not right on the beach). Vefy much recommended.

Had a Great time!Posted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We have been to playa del Carmen a few times now, always in different hotels. Casa Ticul is great, staff is SUPER friendly, they have breakfast (Different Mexican dish everyday), parking, and wifi. Can't beat the price and location.

una excelente opcionPosted Sep 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
una excelente opcion si lo que esta buscando es un hotel sobre la quinta, limpio y comodo. Cuenta con dos albercas pequeñas en muy buen estado. Su personal super atentos y el desayuno delicioso y basto, sin duda alguna regreso
