EXCELENTE UBICACION,MUY BUENOS DESAYUNOS

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: LA UBICACION, ASI COMO EL ESTADO DE LAS INSTALACIONES, PARA SER UN HOTEL MODESTO, EL PERSONAL ESTA MUY BIEN PREPARADO, LAS HABITACIONES BUENAS
Cons: BAÑO EN EL AREA DE ALBERCAS, FUMIGAR...
Location: UN MAR MARAVILLOSO
ES UN EXCELENTE HOTEL DE PLAYA, HABITACIONES MUY COMODAS Y A UN PRECIO MUY RAZONABLE,EL MAR ES FABULOSO, EL UNICO PROBLEMA ES QUE EN EL AREA DE ALBERCAS NO HAY BAÑOS Y NO SE NECESITA SER UN GENIO PARA SABER A DONDE VAN LOS NIÑOS Y ALGUNOS ADULTOS MALEDUCADOS

Personal de recepción muy grosera

Posted Jun 11, 2014

Oasis Talum, extremely dissapointed will never use

Posted May 21, 2014
Pros: Nothing. Very dissapointed.
Cons: Make repairs on the plumbing and given customer service training to the staff. Informed them that when a customer pays for an "all inclusive"
The moment we registered into the hotel we were informed that we had limited access to the facility. We were only allowed to eat in one restaurant and the buffet area. We ordered a cup of coffee and the waitress charges us $30.00 US for the coffee. I ordered a glas of wine and was charged for a bottle. The plumbing in our room was broken and the repair was poorly done, because we a water drip in the sink. The toilet and water smelled like sulfer, it was very difficult to stay in the room with the window closed. We had no hot water in the morning and when we did have water it was slightly warm. We were so dissapointed on the reception staff, they were very arrogant and they made extra effort to make sure we would not cross over to the "grand" section. I will nevery use this facility again!

amenidades del hotel

Posted Apr 23, 2014

Great stay in Tulum, Mexico!

Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: It's all inclusive, the food and service was really good, the beach is spectacular and the pool is nice.
Cons: Room was a little tired. New towels are in order and Wi-Fi needs upgrading.
Location: Mayan ruins at Koba, Tulum and Chchen Itza are close and must see.
My family and I recently stayed at the all-inclusive Oasis Tulum for the first time. And, I can say we had a great time. The hotel is located on a beautiful, soft sandy beach. The food was delicious and the nightly shows were really quite entertaining. The pool area is really nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, but a little tired. New towels are definitely in order. Also, WI-FI needs to be upgraded. However, the staff and service are outstanding. Each day we were greeted with happy smiles. There are a few people I'd like to really acknowledge for their great service: Emmanuel, our waiter in the Arrecifes Terraza; Guillermo at the pool bar; our waiter Manuel in the Mexican restaurant, Sarape; Irma in housekeeping; Tiburcio and Mariscena in Sarape; Ronaldo in the Italian buffet and Hector and Ricardo in entertainment. Our time in Tulum was too short! We definitely want to come back!

Overall assessment

Posted Apr 17, 2014
Pros: lobby
Cons: Rooms need updating
Location: Cave snorkling was excellent!!
Rooms need updating...Floors are too slippery....staff nice but unknowledgable about basic information regarding resort..Excluding guess from open bar areas and the coffee shop is disappointing.

Muy buen hotel

Posted Apr 15, 2014
Pros: Las instalaciones, La playa.
