Awesome resort and staff!Posted Jul 26, 2014
We Stayed in late July and the resort was awesome and very modern. The staff was very attentive and nice. We had a great experience during our stay. The room, restaurants, and pool were very nice! The only downside was that the beach was rough as it had alot of rocks. But we enjoyed just staying under the sun. Overall it was an awesome experience.

questionablePosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: The beach
Cons: background checks on staff
Location: 12th and 5th ave.
Friendly staff. Items lost during our stay. Hotel staff was found at 11 pm "cleaning the room" while we were at the club which is very questionable.

Excellent Romantic GetawayPosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Everything....there was not one single thing we did not absolutely LOVE about this hotel.
Cons: The beaches need a little TLC as far as grooming.
Location: Very close to 5th avenue and shopping. Short cab ride was very nice.
The Paradisus was THE BEST resort that we have stayed at in Mexico. We travel frequently to Playa and try to stay in different places but I don't think we will be able to do that from now on as we can't wait to go back and visit Paradisus. From the minute you check in until the time you leave, it is nothing short of total relaxation for the mind and body. The master suite was so inviting and it was so serene. The staff went out of their way to serve you and make you feel welcome. The pool and surrounding area was breathtaking. There was plenty of variety of food choices among the restaurants to satisfy all appetites. I would not hesitate to recommend this Resort to anyone.

Unfogettable ExperiencePosted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: The staff and overall cleaniness of the resort.
Cons: The only thing that could make it better was if the resort supplied Titos Vodka.
Location: We did not leave the resort. We did do the in-house scuba diving and it was an awesome experience.
Paradisus La Perla was amazing. Between the staff and accomodations, we were taken care of from the time we arrived until our departure. Everado (pool bartender) had our drinks waiting for us by the time we got to the the bar. Nancy in the Red Lunge was amazing. We are still recovering from the Thursday Pool Party, I would definately go back to this resort in the future.

Beautiful hotel , beautiful views and sceneryPosted Jul 20, 2014
Great resort, if you are looking for a quiet peaceful vacation this is your place! Kids side is more action and loud as expected. Adult side was more tranquil. Fun pool party on Thursdays but other then that mostly quiet with relaxing music. Nice food and only a few steps to the beach and ocean. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.

Comfortable ParadisePosted Jul 18, 2014
Paradisus La Perla is an amazing place to stay. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is unmatched and the rooms exceed expectations. Quick tips: 1) Ocean view is subjective - there is a small, but thick jungle between hotel and beach. You can see the water horizon from second floor but not "ocean front" by any means. That jungle; however, keeps privacy border between local beach and hotel. 2) TIP the service (American Dollars preferred, but they are not picky) it is not required, but I recommend for even better service. $5 bill at least once a day with more regular singles throughout. Alfonso is best pool waiter and Manuel is best bartender - ask for the "Cancun" only he can make it (South Bar or Bana Bar). 3) FOOD: La Palapa is best included Fuego is good Heard Market is good Grill not so much Passion is 90 per person for 5 course (2.5 hr) meal. I didn't go to resort to eat art for 2.5 hrs, but up to you. Amazing and would definitely recommend hotel - DONT USE BEST DAY concierge services. Adios! KP
