Located next to the marina, it's got a beautiful view.
Small, but clean pool, plus a natural pool/tiny beach with sand, with all kinds of reef fish swimming in and out. Awesome!
All 6 rooms face the water. Private terrace, with hammock.
Hard to find, affordable stay in Puerto Aventuras.
Surrounded by mansions and yachts.
You won't get rude neighbors.
Everybody it's cool, and ready to help.
Definitely coming back.

I have traveled all over the world and have never have experienced some wonderful care & service. I felt like I was home. The staff were so caring and friendly. The hotel was amazingly gorgeous. They have kept the mexican tradition alive in this hotel. They have a lady that comes on a daily basis and makes tortillas for the guests. The food was five star. I can go on and on. Amazing!

If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place for you! Let me name a few......Warm turquoise blue oceans to die for, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, excellent food utilizing regional ingredients, and service always with a smile! It is also a must to treat yourself to an organic, authentic Mayan Spa experience! Although the spa services might be considered expensive, it is well worth it! The hotel grounds are magnificent and each room is surrounded by it's natural rainforest habitat.
Hope we get to go back soon!

"Lots of character, wonderful beach, great location"
This place was great! The grounds were beautifully kept. The whole place had a lot of character; the palapas you stay in are quaint (not fancy or ornate, but simply decorated and constructed). The food was delicious, and I loved having two meals a day provided. It made me feel like I wasn't constantly taking out my wallet to pay for the essentials, but still nudged you away from the restaurant for your third meal. The food service staff was so warm that we really missed them after we left. The beach was exactly what I was hoping for; the water is numerous shades of inviting blue and there was nothing in the sea to make you think twice about jumping in (I never stepped on anything icky or sharp, and never saw a jellyfish or anything else scary).

Great hotel, on the beach with a great staff and front desk. When we arrived our room was on the 2nd floor. The next morning I asked if I could change to a ground floor room if available, and they found one and let us change rooms, no problem. Lido restaurant and tiki bar on the beach, great service there too. We ate breakfast every morning on the beach. Can't wait to go back.

This is the second time we stay at the hotel and the staff is amazing. The location is great and the rooms are also great. The only issue I had is that when we stayed in the hotel the first time, the door faced 10th Street and there was a door between the room, bathroom and the door to enter/exit the room. So at night you wouldn't hear a soul. This time our door faced 22nd Avenue and there was no door between the bathroom and the door to enter/exit the room so at night you would hear a lot of noise including when the trash was being picked up.
