Premium tee times are from 6 AM -1 PM in the winter and from 6 AM - 2 PM in the summer. Individual reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance through the resort's concierge and are subject to availability. A no-show penalty of $50 will be charged to the guestroom. Guests can avoid this fee by cancelling within a minimum of 24 hours before the booked tee time.
Guests must arrange tee times with the resort concierge and provide a credit card number. Guests wishing to cancel or reschedule tee time must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $100 per person no-show penalty that will be charged to the provided credit card.

Property Amenities

Wristbands are not required. Reservations are not required at any on-site restaurant.
Secrets Capri Riviera's water sports center offers activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing. A fitness center has a range of cardio machines, free weights, treadmills, and step machines.
The on-site spa incorporates both outdoor and indoor facilities. Outdoors are a tropical relaxation garden, spa tub of mineral water with waterfalls and, under a thatched-roof palapa, a double treatment room fronting the ocean. Indoors are private Vichy and Swiss showers, spa tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and six treatment rooms including two rooms for couples. A menu of 30 restorative treatments and hydrotherapies, including massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures, is offered (surcharges for all treatments and services).
This all-inclusive Cancun resort has 624 square meters (6,714 square feet) of multiple-use meeting space, including a ballroom, three executive meeting rooms, breakout areas, and a terrace. A business center provides faxing, copying, teleconferencing, secretarial services, simultaneous translation services, and high-speed Internet access (surcharges for all). On-site shops sell jewelry, gifts, beachwear, and souvenirs. Wedding services are available, and a wedding gazebo is on site. Major sporting events and live broadcasts are projected on a large-screen TV located on the beach.

Secrets Capri Riviera has 290 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which include furnished patios or balconies with ocean or garden views. Travertino marble floors, tropical hardwood furnishings, and marble bathrooms with jetted tubs are standard. Beds have pillowtop mattresses and 300-thread-count sheets. Rooms have complimentary high-speed Internet access, cable TV, CD/DVD players, MP3 docking stations, minibars (restocked daily), bathrobes, and 24-hour room service. A personal concierge on each floor helps guests with any requests.

La Riviera - Casual restaurant serving Continental cuisine for breakfast and lunch daily; for dinner, five nights a week. Dress code: casual.
Himitsu - In a dining room with marble floor, fountains, and a small Zen rock garden, this restaurant serves specialties from Vietnam, Japan, China, and other parts of Asia. Dinner only. Dress code: no shorts.
Portofino - Variety of Mediterranean dishes and desserts served. Dining room showcases original artwork and fountains. Dinner only. Dress code: no shorts.
Oceana - This restaurant offers local and regional seafood specialties in a seaside setting. Guests can dine inside or on an open-air terrace. Dinner only. Dress code: casual.
Ceviche and Taco Bar - Varieties of ceviche plus fish and shrimp tacos.
Manatee Swim-up Pool Bar - The Manatee serves drinks to guests in and around the pool.

Secrets Spa by Pevonia offers treatments which combine hydrotherapy and indigenous treatments. The spa features 10 treatment rooms that include private Swiss showers, spa tubs, relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room, couple's massage suites, and hydrotherapy suites.
The spa boutique carries a wide array of aromatherapy candles, oils, chimes, body scrubs, creams, and contour products as well as prestigious beauty care lines such as Pevonia, Lanza, and Gehwol.

“Awesome Vacation”
This resort was great. It was clean, well kept and beautiful. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The food was good. There was frequently a wait for dinner since reservations are not taken. The resort had activities every night which were a lot of fun. It wasn't as relaxing a vacation as I had planned since there were so many exciting things to see and do(Xel-ha, Tulum, 5th ave., Jet Ski, etc). But it was all worth it. My only complaint was that the mosquitoes are horrible at night especially by the beach. But that's my fault, I took mosquito repellent but forgot to use it. It was worth it and I can't wait to go back!
“Excellent for honeymooners!!”
Secrets Capri was an excellent choice for our honeymoon destination. The resort was beautiful and spotless. The customer service was supurb!! My only suggestion is for them to have more shuttle survice off of the resort. Excellent adult vacation resort!!
“Great Hotel”
The hotel was fantastic and the service was excellent. The food exceeded all of our expectations. There are plenty of activities to do like snorkeling, scuba and the spa, although they do require an additional cost. The only drawback, if any, was that the resort was about 10 - 12 minutes from town by taxi. The town is a lot of fun and if we stayed at a resort that was closer to town out vacation would have been a little different.

Secrets Capri was more then I could imagine. We were there for our honeymoon and it was our first all inclusive. The food was great the staff was friendly and amazing. They never treated you bad everything was their pleasure. The beach was well taken care of and again the staff was there at 11 am walking up down to get you what ever you could want. All the resturants were easy to get in no reservations needed but one which we did not attend. I can't say enough good things about this resort and the staff. We have decided we would go there again in an instant. The only thing we were disappointed with is we got nothing for it being our honeymoon not sure if do to not knowing in advance it was because other couples had banners and special things we didnt get. So whether its due to booking thru expedia and not a travel agent we do not know because we told them at check in it was our honeymoon and nothing.

My husband and I chose Secrets Capri for our honeymoon destination, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was wonderful, very polite and friendly. The food was out of this world, and the pool and beach areas were beautiful and well-maintained. The only tiny thing I can comment on in the negative is that the bed was a bit too firm for me, but my husband loved it. It was our first trip together as a married couple, and our first time to Mexico, and it was perfect. Remember to take lots of cash and sunscreen :)

“Great adult all inclusive resort”
Wonderful stay at Secrets Capri. Four-night stay was not long enough. The only drawbacks were our requests for an upper-floor room were not honored, not a lot of activities at night, and mattress was too hard. Overall accommodations were above satisfactory.
