Auberge De La Pointe

There were many things that were good, but in some ways it seemed unfinished. For instance- no pictures on walls- furnitures was cheap stuff.. Breakfast not available.

We found our room to be very basic even though it was considered an upgrade to the room we reserved on Expedia. The view was considered the upgrade in this case. Furnishings were in good condition but appeared to be constructed from plywood. Small tub and tiolet area and again with basic finishings. Overall the room was very clean and bed reasonably comfortable. We would do an over night stay there again when traveling.

all went very well

Just stopping on our way home to Ontario but it was very nice and our porch looked right out onto the St. Lawrence. It was very nice and easy to get to, also right near the highway!

Beautiful scenery and views, good food from room service but bedding was old and smelly

even though there were no more whale watching trips from Riviere du Loup we had a great time and the wonderful room&viel from our room played a big part in this! We decided to get breakfast at the hotel (excellent btw) and then take a jacuzzi break with the great view.

We like it a lot. The view to the river was super.

Very professional check-in, with good explanation of the facilities and dinner and breakfast times. The room was great. The food was wonderful.

Typical 2 level hotel construction with outside access. The meal package was outside the family price range but there was a great independent burger joint across the street. Nice views of the St Lawrence from some of the decks.
