the mattress and pillows were so surprisingly soft and squishy, so comfortable to sleep on... I want them at home! the blankets were also super soft! It was a little weird to work the ACs but I think it was just over my head and I'm a little shy. Though the staff were incredibly friendly and polite, easy to talk to. Definitely would recommend staying here! Very comfy and cozy, great nights' rest.

Property was outdated. We had stopped at another Best Western when we were headed south and it was such a different experience, in a good way. This breakfast wasn’t a full breakfast; limited options with a “menu” each day. Room appeared clean but didn’t feel clean. Not enough towels in a two queen room. We couldn’t get the TV to work. While we could have asked to change rooms or complained, we were already there by 10pm from traveling all day, that we just wanted to sleep. Best part, the beds were so comfortable.

It worked for what we needed.
Overall, it was ok. The room was spacious, beds were nice. Bathroom definitely needed updating. The pool was nice. Breakfast wasn’t bad. I would say somewhere between 3.5-4 star rating. Would stay there again in a pinch, but there are better options.

I read some reviews that had me expecting the worse, but everything was clean and orderly. The lobby was sparse but clean and had a Christmas tree up. Our room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was sanitary. Breakfast was adequate, fresh and hot. I'll stay again since I like being close to shopping and restaurants.

Very attentive representative at the front desk when we arrived. Gave us information about the hotel, area, restaurants, etc. Offered help with anything we needed. Room was clean, pleasant, updated, smell good. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. All staff we came in contact with, including cleaning personnel, were pleasant and attentive. Will definitely use again when we come to this area.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, towels were plentiful. Full breakfast every morning, fresh coffee all day and a heated indoor pool. I cannot find anything I didn't like. This is my go to hotel.

Not so good. Disappointed in cleaniness of tub and towels were damp. Had to request for cleaning of the room. Decor is outdated and rugs have a odor. Inside fan from air conditioner needs cleaned out.

The only thing I didn't like was my forgetting my dog's food and water bucket. Totally my fault, I didn't discover my error until far along the trip to Tallahassee. The employees were super helpful and filled in all my questions with excellent suggestions and information.

I got in a 4:00 AM, and the person at the front desk figured out how to get my Expedia reservation to work. The room was clean and comfortable, and the towels were softer than many hotels in this class. All around it was a perfect place for four or five hours as I couldn’t drive any further!
