NOT GOOD SO STAY AWAYPosted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: little to nothing
Cons: the staff
First off, the hotel would not let my partner into the room after we notified them she was coming. Then they made her buy another room until I got there. Then the non-smoking room smelt horrible of cigarettes and they did not even put soap in the bathroom. disappointed

Good basic lodging with kitchenettePosted Nov 30, 2013
Location: Easy to get to from I-81.
We only stayed one night. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful, as I have usually found at Extended Stay America. The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

Pros: I like the location, the kitchen, the laundry facility and the staff>
I stayed at this hotel about 5-6 years ago and was very pleased with the accommodations. I like the kitchen area and am planning on staying there again.

Nice if Ur going cheap but LOUDPosted Nov 17, 2013
Clean hotel. Good if your trying to go cheap. Very noisy. I'm not a light sleeper and between it being close to the highway and no insulation between rooms AT ALL.

Hot and ColdPosted Oct 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
For the price it was ok. We were there two nights and did not have maid service between the first and second nights. TV channel choices were limited and recpeption on a couple of the channels was not very good. Room temperature was a little bit of a problem. During the night the room would get warm and then all of the sudden the air conditioning would kick on and you would get cold. All night you would pull the covers off when the air conditioning would cut off and then pull the covers back on when it came on again. Also when the air conditioning came on the air had a bit of a musty smell. Not really a terrible smell but it didn't smell fresh at all. A positive was the lower price.

DirtyPosted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
We ended up with 2 smoking rooms, which we were very unhappy about but were told that was all that was left. When we arrived at our rooms, they were dirty. I pulled the sheets back on the bed and there was what appeared to be blood on the sheets. We tried to talk to management about moving rooms, were told there was nothing left. Unfortunately, there was not anything else available in town, or we would have changed hotels. Disgusting.

You Get What You Pay ForPosted Aug 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a clear case of discount hotel = inferior quality. My room was poor at best. Although non-smoking the stench of cigarettes permeated the room, the carpet was filthy, kitchen greasy, phone broken and inoperable, lamps dusty, etc. On the other hand the bathroom and linens were clean and fresh. To be fair there were a number of rooms closed for renovation. I actually peeked in one and was impressed. Bottom line, keep your expectations low.
