Pros: Free breakfast, good variety...
Cons: lady at the front desk at check in
Location: great location for the civic center events
Hotel convenient to events at CIVIC center. Free breakfast is great.

My mom was at Lewis Gale Hospital and I live in Michigan I wanted a Hotel that was close,The Hampton Hotel was a 3 min.walk from the Hotel and the Hotel was clean and comfortable and the Staff was great!Thanks,Torri

Everything was great except the tv volume button would not let you turn it up or down. Minor problem, overall great.

Our stay was very pleasant. the fitness center and business center were well-equipped. The beds were comfy and the room large enough. Breakfast included a good variety. We were able to find parking out front and that's a good thing. The rear parking lot is hard to find.

THe hotel was very cute and stylish with an enclosed garden. But the breakfast was minimal. One microwave for all the people to use at once really slows people down. I couldn't wait for 15 minutes to get my turn so I ended up with no breakfast. Parking was also a problem becasue the lot was full.
