I was only here for less than 12 hours, but the property was really unique and really nice for the area. I don't know this for certain, but it was a very nice comfortable option for the Roanoke market. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Bed was not awesome and door to room was so poorly sealed when shut that we could hear people in the hall very loudly late in the night and they were not being particularly loud. Also, don’t like when essentially mandatory parking is not included in room rate.

Our room arrangement was awkward in that the tv was not in a position to be watched from bed. Also, there was no clock which was ok but strange. On the positive side there was a good supply of coffee which was appreciated

Classic hotel, staff is awesome. Riding the line between nostalgic decor and needing upgrades. But overall we loved our stay and would come back.

This is an amazing hotel with so much history and charm! It’s always a pleasure to visit. We stayed there to visit with with family and had a wonderful New Year’s Eve meal at the Regency! Wonderful! Our server, Caleb, was outstanding. A very memorable night!

It is very festive inside and outside. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The surrounding area has shopping and restaurants and all a short walk away. I will definitely be back.

It was overall a nice stay. The only thing is bar drinks were super overpriced and really not very good. The bar was very busy so I understand.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are very nice, neat and clean. The staff was very friendly except for one bartender in the lounge. She had a terrible attitude. Very unfriendly. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!
