“Awesome customer service...”

We had a problem with the reservation that was made through Expedia, but the owners of the hotel were extremely accomodating and friendly. The only downside, was the bathtub, which had the paint/outer coating peeling off. Would definitely recommend to others!

“Poor Room Service”

After the first night, a chambermaid came to the door. We asked her to return later but she did not speak english. She did not return. We walked our trash up to the office because it had not been emptied. We were direct to take it to the dumpster at the other end of the parking lot. We were not pleased. Room had no place to hang clothes.

“Would not go back to this motel.”

Condition of the room was very poor, especially the bathroom. No drain stopper for the tub was available. Condition of the bath tub was especially bad. Soap was the only condiment available.

“Hotel owner should choose other career”

Hotel ad mentioned pool and laundry which were both out of order. Hotel trying to update with new mattresses and ugly orange & rust paint. Buffet consisted of stale doughnuts & bad coffee, arrive 2 minutes late and SOL. Soap only, don't expect much else. Quiet and cheap, that I will admit.

“very bad”

Believe all other reviews for this place. Run down, dirty and towels so badly stained you felt unclean unfolding them. Cigarette burns on blankets in a non smoking room. This place needs to be torn down.

“Dirty Towels & Dirty Shower Amidst Urban Blight”

The hotel and ground are not maintained at all. It is a blight on the landscape. The sheets and towles althgouh probably laundered had residual stains on them. The shower had mold growing in it and on the shower curtain and was therefore really unusable. The beset part about the room was the deadbolt was sturdy, and you would want a sturdy deadbolt given the characters who roamed the area.

“Disgusted”

This hotel was by far, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The room itself was dirty, housekeeping did *not* do a good job. It was run-down & hardly anything worked. We had to switch rooms because the 1st one had scalding hot water (no cold) in the tub so my son couldn't shower. There was no mircrowave, iron, ironing board, or WIFI as promised. They told us to go to the front desk to use WIFI. 1 of 3 lights were burned out, the a/c barely worked, & the breakfast was stale doughnuts & burned coffee. I unfortunately did not know the area & blindly booked this. Do NOT go here!!

“Do not go to this dirty place”

this was the dirtiest, worst maintained motel i've ever been. I ordered three rooms all of them were not clean, dirty towels, bed sets, one of the 2 out of 6 beds were broken, 1 out of 3 refridggerators was not working.

“Never ever!”

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. They are "renovating" but everything was old, dingy, and just disgusting. After using Expedia to book my hotel, I couldn't back out. The negative reviews are very true. There is no Wifi, there is no breakfast, and the microwave and fridge in the room were absolutely disgusting...rusted and worn. The room was crammed, no space and a table and chairs shoved into a corner. The towels and sheets were dirty, in a non-smoking room there was a comforter with cigarette burns in it. The sheets were washed but stained. The shower had no happy medium, it was either freezing or scolding. I wore flip flops to take my shower. I am so glad I bought my own blanket and pillows. We checked in late (midnight) and checked out ASAP the next morning. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was shocked to find out this is a Wyndham points hotel!
