After letting the manager I would be making a complaint due to his inability to even try and sympathize with my concerns of it being dirty and un-kept, the threatened to call the police and told me to leave the property. Before I even have the chance the maintenance and manager are busting in the room with my wife in there alone talking about they need to check the problem. The manager tried running away then closed distance feigning aggression told me I could go outside and take care of it and when I find myself to my car he’s no where to be found but seemingly behind the desk “calling the cops”

Had to change rooms three times. 1st room, lights did not work and the floor around the nightstand was filth, moved to another room walked in filthy again, beds not made, bathroom not clean, instead of calling the front desk again, I took pics of the room and walked back to front desk, given another room and praise be it was very clean even around and behind the nightstand. The best part about the checkin was Cary, the Guest Sevicea Rep. He was really pleasant and went out of his way to find a clean room. He was great!!! I will recommend and probably stay again

Roach Motel!
ROACHES! Stay away from this place. The cleanliness of this establishment is awful. Had to be moved several times because of the lack of clean rooms and roaches. Ill never use this place again!

The first room smelled like mildew and the carpet and bugs were unbearable. I was moved to another room which the tub had not been cleaned. The hair in the drain was very noticeable. I had to clean the and free the drain of hair to keep from standing in someone else's filth in order to shower. The cleaning staff came into my room unannounced and cleared the room of all towels and did not supply clean towels. I had to go purchase towels since the clerk on staff did not have the authority or ability to supply me replace the towels in the room. This was my worst stay as I have stayed in in the hotel previously. The standards are poor and need to go back to Best Western Standards.

I did not like the fact that they did not come in and clean your room. Hot food was not hot they do not refresh the food. The milk set out the whole time till 9:00.

The only thing that bothered me was my room (118) was missing a hair dryer and the metal towel shelf was badly bent. These items need to be fixed.

Pool was unusable, nothing but green algae. "Full breakfast" was not so full. Only thing more than a continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy yet the site shows that plus eggs and sausage and bacon, which was one of the big reasons I chose this place. Complete misrepresentation of this property. Would not recommend.

Check in person acted as if I bothering her to get checked in,beds very uncomfortable sofa need to be thrown out to the trash, NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL, NO CLEAN TOWELS PROVIDED EVEN AT THE FRONT DESK,TRASH NOT REMOVED FROM ROOM AND SMOKE AND DIRTY MOP SMELL AT DOOR AND HALLWAYS !!! I'VE STAYED IN CLEANER FIELD TENTS DOING MILITARY CAREEER THAN THIS HOTEL !!! I WILL NOT USE AGAIN !!!!

Need updates to the hotel.
Use to be a ok place to stay my bath tub was stopped up told front desk no one ever showed up to fix it. Had to shower in my family members room. Elevator kept breaking down so had to take the stairs. Had lots of family staying there everyone agreed we won't be back. Oh and the pool was out of order.

Could have been cleaner. My TV remote didn't work. They have me new batteries but still didn't work. Outside trash was over flowing and our bathroom sink and tub held water when we ran it. My parents room smelled of wet carpet which was unpleasant. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Lots of family stayed at this location and the experience could have been better.

Disappointing lack of amenities.
Check-in went smoothly. I was told the TV was out and he had put in a call for it to be fixed. It never was while I was there. Wi-Fi also was not working. The ice machine did not work. Breakfast was so-so. It was a clean hotel and I felt safe there.

First off we arrived at 3pm, had to wait to check-in because the rooms weren't available... some biker convention going on and they were still at the hotel. Front desk unfriendly and smelly.. When traveling to casinos, just get a hotel at one of the casinos... I wouldn't recommended this place !!! Yuk!!!

Not worth the price.
Check in was smooth, room wasn't in good shape. Sheets were in poor condition, swimming pool was not functional (pool was the reason that we chose this place). Ice machine on 2nd floor was not working, ice machine on 3rd floor was dirty and dispensing dirty ice. Front desk was in need of a helper for breakfast, as she was trying to keep the breakfast area supplied and clean and keeping the guests checked out too. Despite her efforts, neither was done very well.

Bugs in my room, no toilet paper, had to borrow towels from another guest after housekeeper tells me no clean towels available in hotel. Keys stopped working, no ice in the ice machine, tub faucet ran all night, sink stopped up with a slow drain
