We arrived with a reservation on Dec.29,2023, we were told the internet was down and we would have to wait at least an hour to check in at 9:30 pm. We said we have an early morning and asked what we could do. Shamika the manager, I think said we needed to go to another hotel. She also said the money would be refunded, but since we booked through Hotels.com, I needed to pursue the refund. After 2 long sessions one with a virtual agent and another on customer service phone, it was finally settled with a refund.
I understand internet issues, but when I called the hotel one night later, the desk clerk told me there were no issues the night before and they continued to check in people. When I asked her name, she hung up on me!
