Bed slept comfortablyPosted May 27, 2015
Stayed one night, check in was smooth and took no longer than 10mins. Each and every employee spoke and greeted us throughout the entire casino and hotel so u can tell they stress customer service!

Good price for comfortable/clean roomPosted May 26, 2015
Check-in and the check-out was fast and friendly. Directions to my room were accurate. Room was clean. Walls were a little thin, but that didn't distract me from a good night of rest.

nice hotel, big casinoPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: I liked the buffet, the casino, and the memorabilia from different movies. I also liked the fact that there was a pool and hot tub available.
Location: Not much else to do but gamble.
The buffet was excellent and the wait staff were very friendly.

Above Average Hotel for the area.Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: The décor of the hotel and the pool were nice. The restaurants were good.
Location: Nothing to do nearby...The hotels are surrounded by farmland and the local outlet malls are mostly shut down.
It was an ok, but not memorable experience. Access and parking was good.

I couldn't check-in earlyPosted May 14, 2015
Pros: The hotel was very nice and my room was great.
Cons: The early check-in policy when coming in from out of town at the airport that's about 60 miles away.
Location: You are in the middle of the south, country and no shopping centers and or no strip malls.
I arrived at Memphis airport around 9:30 AM on the May 9, call the Hotel and spoke with the from desk manager. The front desk manager stated that if I came to the hotel and check-in early I would have to pay for an extra day, for checking-in early and that was the policy of the hotel. I stated to her that it wasn't advised to me of that policy before I call in and ask from my room to be on a upper floor and Non-smoking. She stated that she was sorry and that's there policy, and you have a nice day, Sir.

Other than there being no room service menu in the room, everything was great! Even won more than I expected at the casino! Four thumbs up!

Good room and good casino to play in.Posted May 11, 2015
Pros: Good price. Nice room.
Cons: I had no problems with the room.
Location: More casinos within short driving distance. Highways to get to them are easy to drive.
The buffet is small. I ate at the grill which is fine. You have enough variety of gaming that you don't need to go to another Tunica casino unless you want to explore. Casino drink service is fair. Best service is at Harrahs and Roadhouse where you order drinks at the slot machine.

Don't Stay On The WeekendPosted May 9, 2015
It's a 4 during the week and a 2 on the weekend. Staff is rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful on weekends. The place fills up with low end locals who produce a fog of cigarette smoke in the poorly ventilated Casino which rises throughout the hotel. Smoking is permitted anywhere in the buffet, restaurant, and bars.
