Pros: The room accommodations.
Cons: Accommodations for the aged, disabled and handicapped.
Location: Location was a little far out.
My only negative comment is your hotel is certainly not accommodating for the elderly and disabled. The bathroom in my room had no safety bars. The toilet was too low. You have no safety rails in your hallways. As large and nice as your hotel is, you have only one elevator meaning the aged, disabled, and handicap have to walk some distance depending on the location of their rooms. Except for what's mention above, the room was very nice and pleasant. The bathroom floor could use some mopping but maybe it was just my room. Overall, my stay was nice and pleasant.

Everything was as expected, except the EXTREMELY long walk to the room from the elevator. Not recommended for the elderly.

Pros: Ease of check-in and checkout as a result of using Expedia for reservations.
Conveniently located to other casinos. Buffet okay, but food appeared to be on the serving line for extended time.

Pros: Price
Cons: More elevators
Location: Close to Memphis
Good stay. Need another set of elevators as the walk to the room was WAY too long!

Great value for the money

Posted Apr 4, 2015
I am a single, professional woman and wanted to get away from home for a night (too many teenagers there!). The price was great, the staff were courteous (with the exception of my check-in clerk who could have used a dose of personality), and the room was extremely comfortable. The hotel is dated; but I thoroughly enjoyed my night away and would choose this hotel again without any reservations (no pun intended)!

Horseshoe Casino Tunica, MS

Pros: The hotel was very nice. Room was great.
Cons: Loose up the slot machine. Make that the vendor machine is not empty.
Location: Tunica, Ms. other casinos and mall
Had a great time with my friends. The casino machines were very tight. Didn't win anything. I didn't see nobody winning.

We were working in the area, this was a great stay

Posted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: When older people check in, they should be put above level 2. This to prevent long walk to the room.
Location: Two casinos next door.
The rooms were ready when we arrived. We ate in the Buffett, it was great.
